There was an off brand video game controller I got cheap for my son. It ended up not working but that's just how it goes sometimes. I'll definitely return to this location.

I encountered her again while hanging unwanted clothes on an end cap. All hung up and ready to go back on the floor. She came over loudly huffing and puffing and ripped them off the rack. If this is a problem Goodwill should have a go back rack. The dressing rooms have already been taken. People still need mirrors to decide and a place to put go backs without being treated rudely. We are already paying higher prices at Goodwill for donated items...and asked to donate more money at the register. Going to lose customers.​

This is just a "drop" not a "shop" location and it's fairly convenient, just off Carefree Highway,…read morethough the parking lot can be a bit crowded due to the DQ next door and the Mountainside Fitness. The people are awesome though and the only way it could've been better is if there were a more "drive through" however there are two designated parking spaces specifically for "drop offs" and the guys (gals, whatever, please don't PC me to death) are quick to come and unload your donations. Good to give to Goodwill and pretty easy too. Thanks! (The Happy Valley Road location down I-17 has a drive-up area for larger items and it is also a "shop" location.)
