Story time: Jan…read more 2019, my husband and I stopped by Ronin, and, to make a very long story slightly shorter, we put a deposit down for a piece, with a second (but not final) payment made a month later. And then life happened and we forgot about it. And then COVID happened. Fast forward to this week, where I suddenly remember, to my horror, that we never finished paying for said piece, and maybe, if we're lucky, it still exists. I call the gallery, spoke with David the owner, explained the situation, initially confused the hell out of him, and hoped for the best. Fingers were crossed, but breath wasn't held. "I'll get to the bottom of this, one way or another". I got an email 10 MINUTES LATER, which is *amazing* given our timeline, saying they still had our piece! Travis--wonderful, wonderful Travis--had dutifully put it aside for us all those years ago, where it survived a move to a new gallery space and a new digital filing system, living safely ensconced, waiting for us to pay the remainder. I am shocked. SHOCKED. Obviously, we were incredibly lucky, but it speaks to the dedication, professionalism, and organization of David, Travis, and the rest of the Ronin team that this was even able to be resolved, let alone so quickly and easily. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

And this new store was right on here and has everything I could possible select from!! What I love most is that not only they've got some top-brand baby formulas, but also offer lots of natural/organic bathing/supplement etc products for babies and moms, such as California Baby products. And what impressed me the most was that they even have one of my favorite baby lotion brand "Minois" from France, which is even hard to find in big-name department stores. I was too excited and ended up picking up gifts in their store for almost an hour! The staff was patient, friendly, and informative; and she gave me some discount as a surprise in the end!
