The environment was professional, the staff was kind, and I felt well cared for. Things changed significantly when Vicki became ill and Frank Reach took over. The front desk staff became unfriendly and unhelpful, and the overall tone of the practice shifted. Communication from Frank was abrasive, and I no longer felt that patient needs or requests were taken seriously. The most serious issue occurred after a car accident I was involved in during July 2024. I went to REACH for scans and an assessment and made it extremely clear that the documentation needed to be submitted immediately to my insurance carrier. This was time‑sensitive and essential for my claim. Despite this, the paperwork was never sent. I didn't find out until September 2024, when my insurance company informed me that my case was being declined due to missing documentation. When I contacted REACH, I was met with rude and dismissive communication. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, I was told they only cared about payment, even though I had always paid for my visits and had clearly explained the situation from the beginning. They required me to come in person to pick up my records, and when I did, they only provided paper documents -- no scans, no digital files, nothing that reflected the imaging that had been taken. I had to scan everything myself and send it to my insurance company to avoid further delays. Then in March 2026, when my attorney reached out to obtain the original scans from July 2024, the practice became defensive and unprofessional again. Staff members laughed at me when I followed up, and I was told that the scans had supposedly been given to me on a disc -- something that never happened. Eventually, they stated they no longer had the scans at all. This has caused significant issues for my ongoing injury case, and the lack of records has created real consequences for me. Beyond the unprofessional behavior, the overall experience has been stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. Based on everything I've experienced, I can no longer recommend REACH Chiropractic. My hope is that sharing this helps others make informed decisions about their care.
