I've said it before and I'll say it again: I judge all donuts by the plain type. If the plain isn't great, no amount of glaze, icing, filling, or fancy toppings will make a donut great. I did go back in for an apple fritter, which had good flavor but at $2.50 felt a little overpriced. All in all, an average experience--good enough, but not a place I'd go out of my way for. On the plus side, the place was very clean and the staff was super friendly, which definitely added to the experience.
