    Bird Of Paradise

The Caramuru smoothie was suggested by one of the guys and I LOVED it. Today I had the Birds of paradise because papaya is my favorite fruit. Pretty good but my fav is the caramuru for sure!! This place is across the street from the Salvation Army. Small place & gives a out of the country vibe, with a few chairs inside but only one table. There's also a couple tables & chairs outside. They have fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls. Smoothie prices are pretty good compared to some other places out there. Support your local smoothie spot in North Redondo.

    Hard plastic shards in smoothie

Hard plastic shards found in smoothie- beware! I wouldn't recommend coming here. The workers are very kind and my smoothie tasted good, but there were hard plastic shards my smoothie. It was supposed to have papaya, banana, blueberries, and dates. There is absolutely no reason for these pieces of hard plastic to be in there. Believe it or not I choked and almost swallowed a bigger piece than the one in this pic. It's almost like something broke off in the blender and it just happen to be blended with my smoothie. Definitely a safety hazard, won't be coming back.

I haven't been in years and was glad to see it's still up and running! I'll tell you right now, this still hits like it did years ago. Classic açaí which I love, not really into the blended type with the dragon fruit and stuff. Just gimme that açaí straight and that's my shiiii. Workers are super chill and there ain't no frills about this spot. Oh yea did I mention this bowl is under $10...which is crazy because the places out there charging way more than that for a mediocre bowl. If you're in the area definitely stop by! 10/10

First time here. Parking can be a bit tricky. Don't park in the back it's another business behind it...but you can't miss this place. Right off of the street. I came here and there's a lot of options so I picked an açaí bowl with added mango topping. The do take their time so don't think it'll be 5 minutes. Prices are not bad at all. I paid a little over $14 for the size. It was absolutely delicious! The fruit they added were ripe and perfect. This was so good. I will definitely be back!

Delicious açaí bowls, smoothies and juices! Great neighborhood spot. Can order ahead online.

    No frills, delish juice!

The passion fruit papaya juice is bomb! No frills spot. Hand written menu. Don't change, I love it!

Original Traditional Acai Bowl with that amazingly delicious coconut and honey

There is zero sense of urgency here (so don't come if you're in a hurry. Note: I tried to call to order, but no one answered the phone) and one acai bowl took EONS to make. I have never seen humans move so slowly. When I got my bowl, it was melted and soupy with large frozen chunks of acai pellets (so not blended long enough). I asked for extra of the amazing coconut and didn't get it and they were out of granola : ( 5 stars for the coconut (best ever), -1 star for the exorbitant wait and -1 for the melted bowl. Disappointed this time...

I love Natureba! You can tell it's a family owned small buisness. I usually call ahead so that I don't have to wait too long but the quality of the ingredients are what keeps me coming back. Best acai bowl by far. It just tastes like real açaí (not a sherbet base).

Delicious smoothie spot! Everything is made fresh to order. They have some inside/outside tables and a restroom. Big selection of both smoothies and acai bowls.

Decided to get açaí bowls after lunch one day over the weekend and discovered this place on Yelp. It's a cute mom and pop shop with a family/island vibe. Not sure if they have a parking lot, but we were able to park at one of the 15 minute slots right out front. We got a simple açaí bowl with bananas and strawberries and let me tell you-- for such a classic, few toppings bowl, it was really delicious. The açaí was açaí-ing and the fruits really brought it together. The texture of the açaí and fruit gets you your soft smoothie-like taste with a nice bite of the fruit crunch. The family running the store seemed real chill, we felt welcomed, the food was delicious, and we'd definitely come back.

Been here twice and the smoothies are amazing and the prices are so reasonable. Both smoothies came out to $12 which is unheard of here in LA. There's so much to choose from whether it's a juice, smoothie or bowl. Service was friendly and we were recommended a few of the top sellers and ended up getting the mango banana one and the acerola mango one under the super fruit section. Both were so refreshing and hit the spot. The inside is quaint and it almost feels like you're in the islands. Will be back for the açaí bowl!

Berry Bowl with coconut added (delicious)

After passing by this spot at least 20 times, I finally decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! I met a friend here for breakfast, and right away, the interior cute decor gave me the vibe of a cozy little island escape - almost like enjoying a meal in a cute tiki hut. I ordered the acai berry bowl, and it was incredibly fresh and tasty, with finely shredded coconut that made it even better. My friend loved it too, and she's already talking about making the drive from Studio City just to come back! Looking forward to my next visit to try something new. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
