Good spot for a quick boba fix. I wouldn't say this is my go to spot as there are many options available but if you're having a craving and this is near you, it can get the job done. I got the kumquat lemon green tea at 50% sugar but it still came out way too sweet. I would try 25% or 0% sugar next time. The good thing is when I got home I diluted the drink with my own green tea so was able to get around 2 drinks for the price of one. The Jasmine green milk tea I ordered was just okay maybe a 7.1/10, I ordered 70% sweet and it came out a bit more bitter than I would have expected. My girlfriend ordered the mango tea also at 70% sweet and that was the perfect sweetness for both of us. I would give it a solid 8.9/10. In addition the boba is chewy, sweet, and very fresh.
