The…read moregasket around the window is coming off the sheet metal screw wasn't put in that the rubber gasket fastened to There's a wind deflector that goes on the inside jam of the door that all the wires go through that was never put back on and the corner trim on the inside where the passenger's front door meets the automatic sliding doors and the trim is missing there And the trim on the exterior that runs down the frame between passenger seating upfront and second row that plastic trim that is black blew off because they removed it for the body work but put it back on without replacing the tape so the double face tape was no longer sticky. It was just talk into place and going through a drive-through car wash. It blew it off. Find out from the Honda dealership that the issue with the rear camera and the reason why the license plate appears sideways and that the whole image shows like a big shadow is it needed to be recalibrated after being removed and put back on when they did the bodywork and it was never recalibrated

I have had my vehicle in their body shop on three different occasions. All three were accidents…read morethat weren't my fault. After one of the several day stints in the body shop, they called me and told me the vehicle was finished and ready for pick up. I live nearby so I hurried to pick it up because I needed to pick up my grandchildren from daycare. I asked both the service guy and receptionist exactly when I would be getting it, informing them that I needed to pick up my grandchildren. I was told it would be out front in a few minutes. I waited and waited and waited and kept asking where the vehicle was. At one point, the front desk person told me they were washing it. I asked why did you call me and say that it was ready for pick up when it wasn't? No answer. I explained AGAIN that I had to pick up my grandchildren from daycare. They kept saying just a few minutes. In all, I waited over an hour for my vehicle that was "ready to pick up." Finally, if I hadn't left at that point, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my grandchildren at their release time. So I was forced to leave without my vehicle and had to return the next day to pick up my car. My complaint is do NOT tell your customer your vehicle is ready for pick up when IT IS NOT! Call when it's actually done. It was very irritating, and in my estimation, poor customer service. On a positive note, the body work was well done.
