My dining companion ordered the pot roast with heirloom carrots. Pot roast isn't usually my favorite dish, but let me tell you, this was no ordinary pot roast. The beef was fork-tender, covered in a rich decadent gravy that I won't forget. I had a hard time choosing an entrée because everything sounded so good, but I settled on the ribeye with twice baked potato, and we shared a side of mushrooms. My steak was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor and so generously portioned that I took half home and happily enjoyed it for lunch the next day.
