I am deathly scared of eye doctors and do not like my eyes being messed with. It's a losing battle for anyone to get drops in my eyes or even do the required test for glaucoma and other required checks but he seems to do it every time. He works with me, takes his time and explains everything before he does it so I know what to expect. Every other eye doctor I've been to has never been able to do many of the test that involves holding my eyes open but he gets it done. This is my third visit to Dr. Miller and I will not be going anywhere else.

They have provided outstanding care and stellar services throughout the years; not only for us, but also for our three daughters as well! Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) is genetically on both sides of the family. Dr. Miller provided an early diagnosis and treatment plan for one of our daughters at a very early age enabling us to assist her in training the 'lazy eye' to remain centered and to focus properly so the eyes could work together and improve her depth perception. I wasn't really pleased with the doctor, I told her why I was there and she kind of immediately went into the cosmetic schtick and all the procedures I should have, not only on my eyes, but on my face. She said my issue was not bad enough to require medical attention. Then they said it was a $75 consult fee, which I paid. Then FIVE months later, I get a bill from their office, they have also billed my insurance and I owe another $85, of which another $185 was paid by my insurance. When I called to ask, they said the $75 was for the cosmetic appointment, which I never asked for, and the $265 was for the medical appointment. The nice woman on the phone apologized, but I was told basically it was my responsibility to pay, even though they never advised me of what they were doing, it seems the doctor decided to do this all without telling me. Really a bait and switch.
