I finally saw Dr.Rutzen he was so nice and friendly he took the time to explain all of my options and he also explained each one in detail and also the cost associated with each different option. I left the office feeling very comfortable with my decision to come here. I ended up having to go back in for an appointment with Dr. Franco she specializes with Glaucoma she was equally as nice and thorough. she explained everything and answered all of my many questions. I just don't know how you could hire someone (assistant) so cold, rude, and lacking in personality as the assistant. Perhaps she should explore a career in accounting and not deal with humans.
