The reality is, as is with most RV dealerships, is they disappear after the sale. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a used RV from a private seller. If you are going to eat the cost and make all the repairs yourself, might as well save that money that you immediately lose in depreciation and use that to pay for repairs because they are not going to do it.

Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... Which definitely says something about the mindset of the owners. I mean, who wants some POS junky truck parked out front with a guy showing off his plumbers crack to all the neighbors! NOT ME! Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.

I found this out while pondering the purchase of a used travel trailer several states away and was concerned about spending the time to go take a look at it for myself before committing to buy. In conjunction with buying another trailer came the task of selling my current trailer. Here is where America's RV Techs steps in. I wanted to be assured I had no unknown concerns with my own rig so I could put it out that confident in my asking price. I found this company on the NRVIA.org website. There was an easy link right there for me to reach out. A polite Shawna answered the phone and satisfied all of my questions. An agreement sent by email executed and a day and time established. I received a heads up text when Joseph was on his way. He showed up on time and quickly got to work. His thorough, multi-point inspection took quite a long time, especially considering that my trailer is not one of the bigger, more complex types with slide-outs and such. A couple small repair items were discussed and he went on his way with plenty of photos in hand to prepare a detailed written report of his findings. Per the NRVIA code of ethics, repairs are not to be done by the inspector. This company has another department with a Certified RV Technician (prices for this service are within market range). All I can say is I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Super nice people doing their best to provide great service.
