If the other reviews are not enough to dissuade you from coming here - please allow me to share my experience. The only bright spot of this was the fact Jeremy was able to get me scheduled for service & get the parts ordered timely -- it goes down hill from there. Btw- as I write this - I've been sitting here for 11hrs now. Everyone has went home except the tech working on my vehicle. All I needed was a brand controller & 7 way connector installed - quoted at no more than 4hrs by other dealerships--- like I mentioned I've been here from 9am & it's 7pm as I type this out. We've not eaten all day other than the complementary cookies & bottled water. We're basically being held hostage for something that should NEVER have taken this long. The service folks literally took our payment & ran out the door at 5pm ----- If that was not enough to dissuade you-- let me tell you about the environment-- it's disheveled, dirty & unorganized. There cobwebs on everything -- there's used parts in their "retail" area. The trailer we did look at was dirty & had not been detailed. There were still personal affects from the last owners. I had pretty good vibes coming here & left absolutely let down & disgusted. I will NEVER recommend this place. Please don't spend your money here-- this place needs to die off. read more

I read other reviews and, while I believe everyone's sincerity, I must disagree with the angry reviewers. My experience has only been fantastic. We bought our trailer at CMRV and had a great time all around. On our first trip, we had an issue with a water line, which CMRV fixed for us (warranty work) immediately. We have been back for winterizing, summerizing, and a random repair. The folks there have always been friendly, accommodating, and professional with us. I will add that when I take my trailer in, I plan on coming back for it. I know they are busy and don't have a large staff. That said, my winterizing/summerizing has always been same day service. I really like the people at CMRV and I highly recommend them! read more

They don't care about making sales and have no custom service! On June 1st, Jeremy Shores from Colorado Mountain RV contacted me about my email inquiry about ordering a new Coachmen RV. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked about ordering it from the factory. Jeremy was supposed to call me back the next day with info. Several days go by and I had to call him. I asked him to email with pricing which he did on June 5th. I answered him back that day but did not hear from him until June 9th. On June 9th I asked him to call me so I could give him a deposit to place the order. I did not hear back from him. On June 12th I called him and left a message. It's June 18th and I have not heard from him by either phone or email. Jeremy lost a sure sale. I guess they don't need any new sales. I just ordered it from another dealer, it took me a couple of hours to do everything! read more

I just ordered a $36,000 travel trailer from another dealer, it took me a couple of hours to do everything! I spent 9 days of back forth contacting Jeremy via email & phone. He often doesn't get back to you so you have to follow through. I'm still waiting for a return phone from my message on 6/9 and my phone call on 6/12. Today's 6/18. Yesterday I decided to try a different dealer. Amazingly it took 2 back & forth phone calls and 2 emails, all withing a couple of hours, to get my new trailer ordered. read more

I bought a Palomini trailer from Colorado Mountain RV. I had them do service on it as well as installing a trailer brake on both of my vehicles. I had no issues with them and sent a couple of people we know to buy from them. I had no problems with them until I asked them to install a trailer brake on my Acadia. They installed it but I hadn't tried it until October when I was towing my camper from out of the line of the Cameron Peak fire. The slide bar was working but not the brake pedal function. I took it back and the first thing Cristian did was to check the paperwork to warranty the work before they would even set an appointment. They had it for 2 days and returned it to me still not working saying it was on the GM side. My wife started it and the check engine light came on. I immediately went back and everyone was gone. It was about 5 minutes. I called and left a message about the check engine light as no one answered the phone. I took it to Christian Brothers in Loveland and they worked on it for about 1 hour and found all of the engine lights were associated with the brake pedal wiring harness. They contacted GM and found out the Acadia can't support a trailer brake intentionally to prevent people from towing something too heavy. They sent me all of the codes on my phone so I could show the dealer. I went back and spoke to Christian this morning and he refused to look at anything I had from them or discuss the situation saying that since I had Christian Brothers rather than GM it was just hearsay. He of course denied any knowledge about my message about the check engine light. I will not deal with them again. If he would have offered to pay for the engine light check and reset or just offered to help in any way I wouldn't be writing this. (The bill for it was $108) His total lack of concern is something that no owner or manager should ever let be seen. Needless to say, I still have a vehicle that has no trailer brake and Colorado Mountain RV has $400 worth of my money. read more

We bought a travel trailer from CMRV & we had a great experience. Our salesman was Jeremy and we have no complaints. He was helpful and attentive. The owner was very nice and she was very personable! Her DIL was also wonderful!! Glenn did our review and he was thorough and despite having owned several trailers before we learned a few things from him. I stopped in on my birthday when I saw the place, on my way back down from Cheyenne in my old Volkswagen . The guy who claimed to be the general manager was unnecessarily rude and insulting, mocking me, and stupid enough to think that he could determine how much I could afford to spend based on the car I was driving at the time. As a result of that confrontation, I would never give them one red cent of my business. There are far too many RV dealerships to put up with that sort of behavior from a company like this. read more

No stars for this company,except Yelp requires at least one.. No status updates, no follow up, no nothing for almost three weeks, and they claim this is not poor service. Their mechanic was laying on the ground working on an RV in the parking lot when we pulled in. Guess they don't have a garage, should have left then. Claim agent said no one had been in contact with them since we made the initial claim contact with them on June 18, 2012. It is now July 16, 2012. I always like to support small local business, but not this one. Picked up motorhome, and not only did they not fix it, they did not even do the oil change that we requested..... tell me, does it take over a month at an RV service place to get an oil change done? We normally use RV World, who by the way, does a great job, at a great price. I should have waited the two weeks to get into them. That's where we are going with our RV end of this month to get the work done...... read more

We bought a new Palomino Solaire travel trailer. They treated us well, answered all of our questions and the trailer was ready when promised. The transaction was sooth. They did not try to up-sell us. Things we wanted and added were reasonably priced. I would recommend them. read more

Great service techs, but if you did not purchase your RV from them, they are pretty pricey.

We had been looking for a camper for some time - went to several large dealers, only to be extremely disappointed with their customer service and pushy sales approach. Decided to try CMRV and found the camper that is perfect for us. They were easy to work with, pleasant and made the sale easy. I would recommend buying a Coachman from them to anyone! Horrible customer service!! Pulled up started looking at campers a lady walks out yells at my kid that's sold can't go in there. I bought a 2018 Sunray 109 in December 2017 from Colorado Mountain RV, to take to Florida to live out of to attend to my Dad's death. At first, I thought this was a great purchase and got a kick out of camping at truck stops. Driving down, I drove through rain as I got further south. That's when I noticed a leak in the front window that dropped a steady stream on to the bed. Later, I noticed a leak in the galley over the tiny microwave, it leaked on to the microwave actually. I could not stay in Florida because I could not sleep in wet bedding. Having returned to Colorado, they tried to fix the leaks 4 times over the past 6 months - and failed, with obvious mold staining on the inside roof in the galley. Finally they offered a replacement, when I contacted a lawyer. The replacement also leaks from the living quarters window, and the bed itself was put together wrong, in my new one. I will miss 4th of July camping because of it, and have been paying for 6 months with only a few days of use. This is the worst company and the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. If they had just refunded me, I would have not needed to leave a review. Avoid this place, and the Sun Ray 109. read more

We were originally very happy with our experience with them, however when our camper had a problem the customer service went out the door even though we have brought them customers. There was a lack of communication and wrong information passed around. I don't feel like I can recommend them to anyone anymore. :( read more

I have been an RV Tech in the northern Colorado area for almost 20 years and decided to work for a small Ma and Pa dealer. I until recently where an employee working for Colorado Mountain RV. Here is the list of things I found and couldn't do anything about. I was told that I would make 40 hours a week or more, which never happened. I also had hours taken off of my time card for lunches I didn't take and more. I was told to take days off or hours less do to the lack of work. I was noticing how they handled there customers both service and sales, I was very bothered and tried to change it with no luck. I was told not to do warranty because there isn't any money to be made from filing it. I was told not to sell anything that is for a small amount of money, even to help a customer out for future return business. The work environment is poor and all second hand furniture and computers that don't work properly. I decide it to be best for my family and I do leave them do to my concerns. I was treated very unprofessionally and they where going to put my tools and equipment out the front door in a snow storm. I don't advise any customer or someone seeking work to ever consider them!!! read more
