When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

I was able to locate it, but didn't have the tools, knowledge, or ability to contort my old body into the position necessary. Managers at the RV Park gave me names of three people who they thought could help. The first gentleman had recently undergone surgery and couldn't help. I left messages for the other two. One returned the call and said they, too, could not help. The third never returned my call. I searched Yelp and found an entry for NOCO. Even though there were no reviews, I was in a real bind, so I called and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call from Nate. I explained the problem and location. We had it towed here to Colorado's Premier RV Service & Repair, and they were absolutely amazing!!
