I went ahead and when it came time to pay the manager, explained that he actually gave me a discount and I did mention I was military so he gave me the military discount, but the price was lowered and it made me feel better about paying. I'm a firm believer in don't spend money where you're not appreciated, and I felt at first that the manager was being rude earlier, but after explaining the price to me, he mentioned that he had a long day, and he apologized if he came off as rude, but that wasn't his attention. He also said something extremely important when he mentioned he was having a long day, he said he's not trying to excuse anything, but he just wanted to tell me why I may have felt he was being rude. He just wanted to help me and that was the price but he went out of his way to help make things better. I apologize as well because I was having a terrible day too and I didn't want to pay that much and things worked out even better. I couldn't believe that he apologize and that was just amazing quality customer service. I felt so good about paying and I wasn't upset anymore and I want to come back to this location and I want to trust them with servicing my car. I know in another review there was a mention of the manager being racist, but I did not get that at all. He had every opportunity to be rude to me, and he did not, and I've dealt with racism, and this was not the case. This is a respectful man that is hard-working and just wants to get things done right. That's what I sensed.
