Both my son and I had our windshields replaced through them, after multiple calls they finally sent the Rodizio's gift certificates but they expire in a couple of days. Also, they claim to give a $50 referral to both the person who referred you and the recipient of the new glass but then won't pay this.

I had my Tesla tinted at AZ Hitchman's Tinting a few weeks ago and immediately noticed issues, including hair and air bubbles in the tint, as well as the rear windshield not being fully covered as requested. Although they agreed to fix it, I had to wait nearly a month for a follow-up appointment since they were fully booked or so they say. At my return visit, they only corrected the windows with visible defects and refused to fix the rear windshield, claiming the job would "take too long" and lied stating it would also interfere with my vehicle's GPS system. I confirmed with other local tint shops that this is not true. I even asked if they could raise it only a few more inches as a compromise, but they still refused. When I brought this up to the manager (Andy) and owner (Manny), the owner responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner, yelling at me, saying "NO" and kicked me out of the shop in front of other customers. I paid in full for a service that was only partially completed, and the experience overall was unacceptable. Since then I have reported this business to Groupon for misleading pricing, incomplete work, and unprofessional conduct. I should be receiving a refund shortly!

So no joke... between the time I got the chip repaired and now, I got another chip from a rock, this time on Chandler Blvd of all places... and on our drive back from Vegas it was raining pretty hard and well... whoever installed the windshield last time clearly didn't seal it properly because i had drips of water running down the INSIDE of my windshield into my truck... UH? WTH? So I hit the forum again and pinged Bryan and Jen - told them what was up - and that this time I needed a whole new glass and that I had full glass coverage with zero deductible thing... Jenn called my insurance company, got me on the 3-way and I did my info w/ them and they gave her some industry number to get paid thing... and we scheduled the new glass for a few days out when I had some time. This morning they showed up on time, showed em the stuff and without having to pull my truck out of my garage Bryan did the whole shebang in there, in the shade :) He also pointed out the difference in the OEM molding they use versus the crap they pulled off my truck that the last guy used, and showed me why my old one was leaking - pretty easy to see why it leaked fyi... So the OEM molding is better and has a built in rain-channel which the old one didn't have and blah blah good stuff. Added bonus - they pre-tinted the strip on the top of the windshield... WOOT! Had that on my last car and loooved it - they added it on for me with no hassle :) WIN! I'll be using them as long as I can - no issues here.
