First off, the price advertised…read morethrough Groupon was misleading, as I was required to pay an additional $100 in person that was not clearly disclosed upfront. I had my Tesla tinted at AZ Hitchman's Tinting a few weeks ago and immediately noticed issues, including hair and air bubbles in the tint, as well as the rear windshield not being fully covered as requested. Although they agreed to fix it, I had to wait nearly a month for a follow-up appointment since they were fully booked or so they say. At my return visit, they only corrected the windows with visible defects and refused to fix the rear windshield, claiming the job would "take too long" and lied stating it would also interfere with my vehicle's GPS system. I confirmed with other local tint shops that this is not true. I even asked if they could raise it only a few more inches as a compromise, but they still refused. When I brought this up to the manager (Andy) and owner (Manny), the owner responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner, yelling at me, saying "NO" and kicked me out of the shop in front of other customers. I paid in full for a service that was only partially completed, and the experience overall was unacceptable. Since then I have reported this business to Groupon for misleading pricing, incomplete work, and unprofessional conduct. I should be receiving a refund shortly!

He was able to get one of his top specialists Jessie to my location and under two hours and finished everything along with calibration that needed to be done and just under two hours as well! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!
