We were looking for an indoor storage facility that we could trust with such a valuable purchase to keep it safe and out of the elements but also be taken care of like we would ourselves. Not only is Jose knowledgable and very kind, this entire experience we have had from day 1 has been nothing short of incredible. Jose and Michael have been right there whenever we arrive, ready to go, and ready to help in any way possible. We have had additional challenges that are completely out of the realm of storing an RV and they both have been right there to help as if they were part of our family. In a world where kindness and going above and beyond seems like its almost non existence you can tell that this is just their way of doing things. Not only is it refreshing, it releases so much stress on us and has been a huge blessing. I could go on about how great they are. If you are thinking about giving Premier Indoor Boat and RV Storage your business, don't walk, run. They are incredible!

Let's start out by saying I've been a long time customer. Since 2019. Storing my 36 ft class A. I…read morehave used their indoor and outdoor services. Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.

I never really looked at the wiring closely until fairly recently but was not happy when I realized what a crappy job the Manufacturer did in wiring the motorhome and how the RV Dealer made it even worse while integrating the Solar panels they added. I finally decided that I needed to replace the Solar panels, go to a Lithium battery and get quality/dependable inverters. I got sick and tired of wasting money on regularly replacing 6 volt batteries that died even with the best of care and having inverter issues. I am extremely satisfied with my installation and complete rewiring and I am so happy that I can now spend time off grid for long periods without worrying about power issues. Corey at All-County is a thorough professional and a stickler for details. Exactly what I was looking for. Everything was installed with a lot of forethought as to how best to complete the job with the best products, sized for what I wanted with the cleanest and safest install possible. I took a long time looking for the best person for this job and I am extremely happy I went with Corey and All-County RV Solar. I had also done a lot of research on what I thought was best for my situation and had a long discussion regarding the best products to use and how to do the install. If you are looking to do any Solar or Lithium battery work to your trailer or motorhome All-County is the place to go. I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.
