Our Class C had a leaking front cap and water damage from a small hole caused by a tree branch falling on the roof. Jeff put on the 18 year roof system and it is solid! The product looks great and feels tougher than the original roof. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess our mobile RV tech made in trying to seal up the leak. During the work they took great care to make sure everything on the inside was covered. They also took pictures during the process so we could see the steps. We took the RV back a couple weeks later to have it buffed, polished and detailed. They also replaced the front cap decals that were completely faded. The RV looks as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it! I researched lots of RV repair places for the roof work and in so glad we chose Accent RV. It was a little bit of a drive from San Dimas but well worth the quality work they provided. It is rare to find a shop that communicates well, sticks to the estimates, doesn't upsell or cut corners. I bought a used 5th wheel from a dealership. Like a dummy I didn't climb on the roof (among other things I didn't do) to check it out. I was a first time buyer and didn't know what to look for in a used RV. To my surprise the roof was trash!! I mean so bad so that pieces were flying off as I took it to Accent RV for repair lol. I was quoted over the phone a reasonable price but when I arrived and they took a look, the price was considerably higher. So high that it was double what I paid for the camper lol. It wasn't Accent RVs fault. What we (Accent and Myself) thought was a simple roof job turned into a complete roof rebuild. Wood and all.. While they had it apart, they installed all new vents, fans and ac unit. Now, if this sounded like a bad review at first, I sure hope you keep reading... The best part, I was under a time restraint. I had to have the camper back in a week because I needed to get to Nebraska for work, with my camper. These guys removed the old rotted wood and what was left of the outer layer of roof, installed all new wood and the 10 year roof, ac, vents and fans in a WEEK!! They did an absolute fabulous job!! Just great guys and gal to work with!' I can not say enough about these folks!! Please please stop in and see what they can do for you!! It'll be worth it I promise!! BTW, this was May of 2020.. Stumbled onto this company for a leak on our rv. Although Accent Rv is about 2 hour drive for us we decided that after reading all the customer reviews it seemed like the best choice. We had the roof on our 2004 Winnebago Journey replaced by Accent RV earlier this year. In the process (and unbeknownst to Accent RV and us) an errant screw shorted out the electrical wiring harness that controlled the bedroom slide-out. This was eventually determined by an RV dealer that we took the coach to in order to figure out the cause of the slide-out problem. When checking out the slide-out, their immediate comment was "they did a great job on your roof"! It took the dealer several weeks to determine the cause of short which was the errant screw which had occurred when replacing the cap for the new roof. When we went back to Jeff at Accent RV and explained what the dealer had found, he immediately stepped up and owned their mistake. He reimbursed us fully for the cost of the repair. I talked to Jeff at Accent RV and scheduled an appointment to drop off the 5th wheel. I told him we had a trip planned in two weeks and he assured me that it would be finished. Believe it or not, this is a RV repair facility that was true to their word. My roof was finished on time and for the same price that they originally quoted me.
