The manager, Net, was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Pricing seemed pretty good too. We were serious buyers but ended up going a different direction, no fault of his though. They walked us through everything from beginning to end and even helped me find the perfect site! You can tell they are very passionate about camping/outdoors and truly just want to share that same passion with their renters. We couldn't have asked for a better RV, and when they said just bring food and clothes, they meant it and I wish I would've listened because everything I packed, they already had in the RV, down to the first aid kit. We absolutely loved the personal touches they do for their renters, they were very thoughtful and even left goodies for our kids. The RV comfortably fit all 8 of my family including 3 kids and we had more than enough space. With everything going on right now cleanliness was a priority and they did not disappoint, the RV was super clean and that made us feel very comfortable. Both Kaelyn and Tristan made themselves available for us to reach in case we had any questions during our stay. Overall great people to work with. Loved that we didn't have to deal with the extra fees that other rental companies have.  Would absolutely rent from them again.

When we arrived at our campsite, we discovered that the A/C in our trailer did not work. We spent the entire first night sleeping in a hot trailer with our young kids and my elderly mother, making what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip very uncomfortable. The next morning, Weekend Haulers told us they would bring a replacement trailer between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. We packed everything up and had all of our food, camping gear, and personal belongings sitting outside waiting for them to arrive. Unfortunately, they didn't show up until around 12:00 p.m. To make matters worse, communication throughout the entire process was poor. We were left waiting for hours with little to no updates, forcing us to repeatedly reach out for information instead of the company keeping us informed. We planned our day around the time they gave us, only to be left wondering when or if they were going to show up. Because of the delay, we missed the majority of our family's waterpark reservation from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. By the time the trailer was switched out, we had less than an hour left to enjoy something we had already paid for. After everything we dealt with, we simply asked if they could offer some type of refund for the first night without A/C or compensate us for the lost waterpark time. Instead, we were told there was nothing they could do because they claimed they found a Red Bull can in the RV toilet. That accusation was completely unfounded. We didn't even have Red Bull with us, my child isn't able to flush the toilet on their own, and none of the adults would ever do something like that. What made this even more frustrating is that if they truly found something wrong with the trailer after we returned it, they never called us to discuss it or give us an opportunity to explain. There was no phone call, no questions, and no attempt to hear our side. The first time we ever heard about this alleged Red Bull can was when we requested compensation for the issues we experienced. It felt more like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility than an honest attempt to resolve the situation. I understand that mechanical problems can happen, but what separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those situations. Between the broken A/C, hours of waiting, poor communication, losing valuable vacation time, and then being denied any compensation while being blamed for something we did not do, this was one of the worst rental experiences we've had. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Weekend Haulers. If you choose to rent from them, be prepared for poor communication and customer service if something goes wrong.

We ran out of propane and immediately were able to get a new tank out to us. Super responsive and great experience overall. Since this was our first camping experience with our little one it was incredible having it all set up and not having to worry about towing.

The following day I drove nearly two hours to pick the rental and surprisingly on Saturday morning I couldn't find the place - there is no unit number on google, there is no sign for this company nowhere, and also everyone that working in this area are not familiar with this company or any rental services at this location! Don't let them mislead you or trying to get you bank/card information. This is not a legit business and I already contact the local police department for investigation.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Ive…read moreactually really wanted to write a positive review and held off since July 2025 to allow Boat Specialist to resolve all the issues Ive had with them. But today, after 6 months I'm at the end of my patience and since some of you are praising James Doer, then some of you know who manages the Service Department. I bought a brand new 2025 Ranger Tug R23 or at least I thought I did, but since there was crap in the holding tank when I received it, Im starting to think it was used. I paid for a Radar to be installed before it was delivered. When the boat was delivered to me in the Marina, immediately I discovered the radar I paid to have installed did not work. The water pump didn't work. I got 1 key when it should be 2. The holding tank had crap in it. The solar system charger didn't work. The outboard motor sat in the water in full lift and there was no bottom paint to protect it even when I paid for bottom paint to be applied to the boat. The excuse for that was the Buyer needed to ask for it...How would a Bulyer know the outboard motor wouldnt come out the water fully? The Service Dept agreed to trailer the boat back to fix the Radar and fix the water pump and all issues Ive identified and advised it can be done when the boat comes back in for the 20 hr breaking in service, which I agreed would be a good time. When it finally was picked up for service and returned 1 month later, the boat was returned but did not have the bottom paint on the outboard that I had agreed to pay additionally for. Before the boat was taken off their trailer, I spoke to James Doer who promised he would trailer it back to do the bottom paint as it should had been done before it was returned to me. So again he advised I can use my boat and then later he'll work out a time to trailer it back to finish the bottom paint that they had forgotten to have done. Few weeks later, Boat Specialist trailers my boat back to their shop to do the bottom paint on the motor and I also paid to have some service done on my Bow Thrusters and Windless Anchor... 3 weeks later my boat was returned from BS and put back into the water and as their delivery guy pushed us off from the dock, we discovered the Bow Thruster didnt work! It was supposed to be fixed, but again BS does NOT verify that repairs were actually completed. Again James Doer said he'll send a tech out in a few weeks to repair it. Yet again, I've been patient with Boat Specialist. I waited for the tech to come out and they did repair the Bow Thruster several weeks later. Just as I thought every issue had been resolved, there's more. What's the problem now? I just learned the 20 hr break-in service that was supposed to have been done the first time Boat Specialist trailered my boat back to fix the Radar and other issues was never done! My boat is at its 50 hr service alert and I now discovered Boat Specialist never did the 20 hr break-in. Is it fair from the multiple instances where this Service Department failed to complete work that they were suppose to do for me to say that the people managing it has FAILED and do not give a rip for our boats in their shop? I have asked that Boat Specialist do the right thing, but as he claimed that theres no written record that I asked for the 20 hr service to be done, he has decided to not recall that we spoke on the phone that I wanted the 20 hr break-in service...today he just conveniently forgot that request was made because he forgot to have it done months ago and returned my boat anyways. If the Service Department's performance is any measure of how Boat Specialist ensures their product is quality and their service is aimed to satisfy customers, then they have failed at least me... If I am that one unlucky person to have the WORST experience dealing with them... I whole heartedly hope you will not be the next. Or perhaps I am one of many... BUYER BEWARE!!!! GOOD LUCK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Dont let the charm and smiles fool you.

The owner, Captain Jair, met with me and developed an effective plan to diagnose and make the repairs, as well as to teach me how to Captain my own vessel. His lessons were, and continue to be, practical, educational and experiential. The repairs were made with common sense, which saved me SOO much time and money. Ventura Boating Services is amazing and hands-down I would recommend them to anyone who owns a boat or who even just enjoys boating and wants to learn more.
