From the time I walked in the door everything was handled unprofessionally. The girl sitting behind the front desk was extremely rude and sitting on her cell phone. Not to mention her pants were unbuttoned like she was lounging at home with her foot on the desk. When I asked to speak with the owner I was given an attitude & a loud sigh as she reluctantly put her phone down and went to get him. Once the owner came up to speak with me, he seemed to have no idea of the situation I was speaking about, you would have thought I was speaking another language. He immediately ushered me off to speak with who I assume is the shop manager & walked away. This man was immediately on the defense Leaving me little room to voice my concern. I almost felt as if he tried to intimidate me out of my complaints (which he barely let me explain). After feeling Disregarded and unheard I walked out & felt the need to warn the Public about using such a poorly run business. Although in the end my truck was repaired properly I would never expose myself to such a shit show again. Take your trucks else where, this place a a joke & over priced.

He took the time to explain everything, walk our property with us and share the options available for what we were looking for. Within days they were back to complete the job. They were punctual, quick and knowledgable. They ran wires to the area we needed and set up a new outlet for an RV. The technician was quick, friendly, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the work was done. I don't know typically what a project like this would cost but they were able to get the job done for what to me seemed like a fair price. I would highly recommend Hart Electric, especially based on the friendliness and knowledge of their team and their fast service.

If I could, I would, give a minus 10…read more Had a skid steer brought in to Randy for repair at a rip-off rate of just 7 miles for $500 just locally because I do not have a trailer. This was for a simple headlight switch problem. Instead of repairing it, he caused all of the lights to come on with a single worklight switch and not with the headlight switch so he cross-wired the headlights with the work lights. So now all of the lights are out of sync not the way CAT had intended. So on the phone he denied the problem and refused to do anything about it and admitted he tricked me because he said he did not know how to fix it and should have been honest with me. Randy also changed the oil and grease without asking which is easy to do which a 5 year old can do and I have been doing it on my own since I bought the machine every year. I can go directly to HO Penn and even get coupon discounts. He also charged exorbitant amounts of over $800 just for the oil and grease without an itemized bill just a lump sum. If you want your machine and wallet greased and oiled, bring it here, and if you want something else, go somewhere else. Randy knows nothing of repairs but is an expert on billing. This shop has no extensive experience in major repairs.
