Having been an RV family for a while, we have used RV Station's service on units for years. They always did a great job for us. We actually purchased our last 5th wheel from them and their sales department found exactly what we wanted and worked with us getting a price we like. I have been staying at RV Station here in Colbert for 5 months now due to work, and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Price is great, it's 7 minutes away from the street from the Choctaw Casino, they have a laundry room, they have gas propane which is very cheap, the property is very safe, the neighbors are very friendly, there is a dollar general with groceries walking distance, and the he manager Wanda is super sweet and always extremely helpful. Rookie RV owner. Day one off the lot I got to my property and realized I'd done 14k worth of damage to my roof and destroyed my AC unit. Everyone worked with my insurance and time frame to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I'm currently staying at the camp site... first day I plugged in my RV it sparked and kicked off the main power to the park. Mrs Wanda was helpful getting everything fixed, they provided me with a quick tutorial on how NOT to do that again and even loaned me an adapter until I got my own I'll stay here again when I'm in the area. read more

Bought a travel trailer from them in June 2023. I have to say the people there are very nice and I like my tt. But, there have been several cosmetic issues. Every time we took it in to be fixed, either they didn't fix it or if they did it was not a good job. We have ended up having to fix the problem ourselves because we were tired of dragging it down to them. Since the 1 year warranty is up, we will not be doing business with them any longer. read more

We stopped here on our way back to Texas to have a few issues looked at, including some that were caused by or neglected by another RV Station. Almost all of our issues were addressed, including some we didn't think there would be time for, since we were only there for one day. Rick was easy to work with and took charge of resolving some confusion with the other RV Station, ensuring that we got taken care of. He even quickly got some preventative repairs done for us that we'd been told would be too costly or time consuming to do at the other location. We left delighted. read more

I went in to order a part for my Motorhome. They got back to me immediately and gave me the website I could order the part on my own saving me the added markup. Who does that? In this day and age it's about the money. It's refreshing when a company totally looks after you the customers. read more

The owner of the Rv Station (cannon) reached out to me requesting a conversation because he wanted to make it right. Cannon spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my complaints, never once making me feel like I was being ridiculous. In the end Cannon did make it right in this situation and I am satisfied with the outcome. read more

Update - we did receive a phone call back, we sat down with them several days later. As of right now, we are still waiting on parts - due to supply chain issues - once everything comes in and is complete, we will update the review to five stars. So far every promise that has been made has been kept - everyone has been very apologetic and sincere in their desire to make it right. read more

Horrible customer service. Will never do business there again!! I took an RV there to sell and they kept changing their offer price and a week ago it was 29k and when I called back to accept the offer, they re-nigged on their offer and dropped it to 27k!! Needless to say, I did not sell my RV to them and would like to warn others how shady they do business!!! read more

I bought a used rv from here. It was supposed to have been gone through and have no problems. Well I picked it up and drove 9 hours with it and the hot water heater wouldn't work and the toilet leaked. I was pissed but I can say that after calling them they called a repair guy got it looked at. Even offered to get us a hotel room due to it going to take a day or two to fix. So yes it should have been looked at and fixed before I picked it up but they did make sure it got fixed replaced the toilet. And really made sure to make it right even if it did cost them more mechanics in west Texas are not cheap. read more

I had bought a brand new Puma a couple years back and at the time of the purchase was promised a TV. So they told me to go purchase a TV and bring a receipt in and they would cover it. 2 years later still no money or a TV from them and now the owner of the company just wants to laugh at me on the phone after the store manager refused to even talk to me about the problem. Now the owner is threatening to sue me if I write a bad review. read more

Stayed at the RV Station Resort for two months. Friendly staff and great environment. Daily, weekly and monthly rates were all economical and included WiFi, cable, electric, shower access and standard hookups. Lots are all clean and maintained. Playground for the kids and pool in summer. Easily on of the best places to stay in an RV in the Texoma area. read more
