From our first interaction with her when we called to say we were behind schedule in pick-up, she was very friendly and let us know we still had plenty of time to get there. Once there, she was very knowledgeable and thorough in giving the orientation and made us feel very comfortable before we drove away. Upon return, again, Katherine greeted us so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us again. As for the RV, my husband and I rented the 25' for a 9 day trip to the Grand Canyon. This was perfect size for us and our two small dogs. It was clean upon pick up, and everything functioned well. We brought disinfectant wipes before pick up, as we thought we'd have to wipe everything down, but it was so clean, we didn't feel the need. This was my husbands first time driving an RV, and while the first couple of hours took getting used to, by the second day, he drove it as comfortably as his own truck. Overall the whole experience from online booking, to onsite pick up and drop off was great. We'd definitely do it again!

The last two times I rented I got a motorhome with solar panels on the roof, so we didn't need to use the generator at all. Matt, the young man at the rental office, took his time to show me all the motorhome's features and made sure I understood how everything worked, For the money, I think a Cruise America motorhome is one of the best vacation deals out there. My only suggestion for improvement is that they be a bit more flexible with the return time, since having to return the motorhome by 12:00 cuts into precious vacation time. Overall, Cruise America in Nipomo has always exceeded my expectations and I will be coming back.

He answered the called himself and showed first thing the next morning. Ryan spent time trouble shooting and diagnosing the issues. Unfortunately my slide was stuck due to a "H"column that had twisted and prevented the slide from moving. We opted to leave it close so I can drive it to a shop. I was confident that Ryan knew his trade and is a honest and hard working RV repair technician. I highly recommend.

Naturally, as first time RV'ers, we had lots of questions. We went in without any knowledge of RVs or how to tow them, and Hitch RV did not let us leave until we knew everything possible about our trailer and all the steps necessary to hitch it to our truck and tow it home. I want to especially thank Berny, our sales rep, who helped us find the perfect trailer. When we first arrived at the lot to shop, Berny was simply delightful. So easy to talk to, answered all our questions, showed us many trailers that had all the features we were looking for, and best of all, gave us our own time and privacy to walk through all the potential trailers without ever pushing a sale or making us feel pressured in anyway. Once we decided on our trailer, Berny was incredibly responsive in the week leading up to us picking up the trailer. He answered his phone any time we called, and responded to every text message with any questions we had. When we went to pick up the trailer, Chris (finance) and Brian (sales manager) helped us with the purchase and paperwork and they could not have been lovelier. They were so pleasant to chat with and genuinely so excited for us. Never did we feel like anyone was pushing a sale or suggesting anything we didn't need. It truly felt like they had our best interest at heart and they made the entire process so enjoyable. The service techs, Jake and Tony, were also fantastic. Jake did our orientation and showed us all of our trailer components and explained how everything worked. He took his time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. The most nerve-wracking part was learning how to hitch the trailer to our truck, and Tony alleviated our fears in that department. He showed us step-by-step how to use the tongue jack and get the trailer all hitched up. We drove off the lot feeling confident and comfortable, with the knowledge we needed to start using our trailer. I could not recommend Hitch RV enough. We made the 2 hour drive to Nipomo from Camarillo and it was absolutely worth it. Every staff member who helped us made us feel like family. It has been a delight working with Sky River RV Service Department;…read more Kyle - Service manager, Mike -Finance Manager, Edgar- Service Tech and Tommy-Service Writer Initiallly we had some issues under our factory warranty with our 2025 Forest River Surveyor Legend. But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We appreciated him doing that for us!! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! It was a very pleasant experience! We were there from 8:30-10:00am and drove off with our fixed trailer with smiles on our faces!
