I had went in a few years ago and it was a bad experience. The sales guy basically striped the vehicle of accessories before I picked it up so I backed out. Fast forward to now. I went back in , only because they had what I wanted. RV pricing is a mystery and you are at their mercy. The salesman was nice and I liked him. Got down to price and he said there was a managers special on it but he couldn't unlock the price. We came to an agreement and I went on my merry way. They called and asked if I could come in and sign the papers a few days before I picked it. They said end of month stuff . I did. A few days later I I picked up my unit and went home. Then to my surprise I saw their add pop up and the unit was $5,000 less than I paid. No wonder he couldn't "unlock" the managers special. No wonder they needed me to sign early. i cannot emphasize enough how deceptive this was. I certainly will never darken their door again. And I suggest you don't. read more

I drove from southern California to this dealer to purchase a travel trailer. before going, I talked and texted numerous times to the salesperson, Terry. he sent me information showing the price and the features of the specific trailer that I wanted. We agreed upon a time that we would arrive to pick it up and gave him a deposit over the phone. When we got there, the RV was far from ready. The paperwork wasn't done.there was very little communication from them about what was going on, we just had to sit and wait. The so-called walkthrough was a joke. When we finally sat down to do the paperwork, all the amounts were different and the features listed were not all there. For example, we were supposed to get a spare tire. they said this model doesn't come with a spare tire. I showed them the paperwork that Terry had sent me that shows it has a spare tire. They said, too bad it doesn't have a tire. They agreed on a small credit for the tire. But the amounts were still different than what was originally agreed upon. then, when I gave them the credit card for the final payment, they said they were going to add 3%. They said that's their standard practice for credit card payments, as if I should know, And I should have brought a cashier's check. Terry never mentioned anything about that. They agreed to take the payment, on the credit card, if I would get a cashier's check and bring it to them in the next two days. And then they would issue a credit to my credit card. But I was out of town, obviously, and couldn't find a place to do that. When returning home, I had problems getting the cashier's check because of bank closures etc.When I called them they basically said too bad. The bottom line is this, they changed the price, they changed the terms. They made us wait around for a couple of hours. And, on top of all that, there are lots of little things wrong with the unit that they delivered to us that they should have noticed before delivery. Our salesman Terry was good. The service person who sold us the RV was good but went over every bell and whistle on our 2021 Envision trailer but did not cover what to do if the pull out doesn't go in and out. I called and was transferred to the service department. Someone named Tyler indicated he was not at the store and had no help to offer me. No customer service and no idea how to help us. I don't think they should be selling campers they can't trouble shoot. After three hours and tearing several panels from the camper we finally found the panel that would allow us to manually reset the pull out. So after our first trip, the motor on the pullout had to be replaced. On the trip we also realized the TV remote turned on the fireplace when you turned up the volume. That will have to be fixed later. read more

I was refused my money back after the deal was unable to come to conclusion. They where very unprofessional and difficult to work with.

BEWARE!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I was interested in a travel trailer so I filled out the online form. The guy calls me. I tell him that I don't want to make the 4 hour drive up there and asked him for a bottom line price over the phone. I told him that if he was the cheapest I would buy from him. He refused so I told him never mind and I hung up the phone. Several hours later, well after business hours, he starts texting me. I again ask him for an out the door price. He quotes me $3000 more than the price he had advertised plus taxes and fees!!! I told him to stop texting me. He continued to text. I threatened to report him to the better business bureau. He still kept texting. He was vulgar and swearing at me in the texts. After REPEATEDLY telling him not to text me anymore. He then half apologized and told me that his website was hacked. RUN, RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this place. He is nothing but a con artist!!! read more

"No hidden fees, No gimmicks" Total bullshit! We wanted to look at a trailer in person before we bought it. We couldn't come until the weekend since we were about 5 hour drive so they asked for $1000 deposit to make sure we were seriously interested to hold it for us so they could take it off the market. Never did they say it was non-refundable if we decided not to purchase the trailer! We never signed anything saying we were for sure buying the trailer. They tried to tell us they were down $800 in labor for cleaning (a brand new trailer!) and getting it ready for purchase. The guy who brought us into his office, was very confrontational, intimidating and very rude to me and my wife. We finally agreed on $300 just to get him to stop. Basically they charged me a $300 cleaning fee to drive 5 hours and look at a trailer. read more

We shopped in every RV dealer around St George. We were turned off by the big sales push in a few places. We pulled in to RVzz and within a few minutes 'Terry' came out to see if he could help. Our experience from then on has been the best a person could expect. This is a small family business and we were treated like we are part of that family. We were treated with respect and kindness. We found what we wanted and throughout the process every person was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We didn't know a thing about RV's and still now 2 weeks later we have called and each time they helped us to figure out the problem. On our first camping trip we got stuck with hitching it up and RVzz sent over Tyler Billingsly who not only brought what we needed but also stayed with us until we understood how to do it next time. Purchased a fifth wheel from these guys about a week ago.First thing is they hooked the unit up to my truck.There employee pulled the back pin out which is the wrong pin.Went to the end of the driveway hit the brakes and the fifth wheel came off and crashed into the bed of the truck destroying the truck bed along with the tool box.Rick the owner put a new fifth wheel hitch in at no charge.He said he would pay for the damage to the truck and fifth wheel.After getting home he went back on his word and know I have to go after them.Also there tech was airing up my tires and said he did them all but he did not do the inside dillies.(lazy)Got It home the batteries were shot and propane tanks were empty.The inside of the coach was clean but all the window edges were full of dirt.The faucet in the shower was leaking and I had to replace it.The caulking in the bathroom shower was mess covering up big caps. Don't know what I am going to do with that.Save yourself these guys are no good total flakes.Go anywhere but there bad news.Did not want to even give them one star.I asked them for there insurance info and they told me to go blank myself.bad people read more
