Love the 2019 Outdoor RV I purchased. Paid 35k cash on the barrel. I believe it's an awesome little travel trailer. However, we took it out the week after purchasing it and found a few little glitches, I think that is to be expected. Outside molding on the slide out kept falling out of place and hanging. The dvd player wasnt properly wired to the tv properly. Bedroom screen needed to be resplined. Missing kitchen and bathroom sink plugs. Missing sewer cap. And after going down the road about 45 minutes later we stopped to check our load. Went inside and the refrigerator door had swung open and all the food and drinks were spread across the trailer... we cleaned it up and saw where the fridge door hinge spacer had broken and found it among the mess we cleaned up. Because we couldnt keep the door shut, we squeezed cushions and blankets between the fridge and slide out wall to hold the door shut for the rest of the ride to our camp spot..because of the broken hinge, it was difficult and a hassle to keep the door on the fridge shut. Well, that was our first time out, and we took note off all the little glitches and when we got home we called Desert Coach and they said it could take up to a week to make the repairs because they would have to wait for parts but said we could bring it in and park it and they would get to it and have it all finished in a week, so we did... meanwhile we planned another trip 3 1/2 weeks out... well, I checked after 10 business days of not hearing anything from them and they appologised by saying they hadn't had time to look at it. Then 3 weeks total had passed and no word from them again, i called and it was the same story...after hearing that I was frustrated, but still I was very polite... so I told my hubby what they had told me... he wasnt a happy camper. My husband is very knowledgeable about how to fix things and is very handy... he knew how to fix all of the issues and thought he could of had the repairs done in an hour or two...so I unleashed him onto Desert Coach...after he spoke to them, he was told another story. He was told the trailer was ready for pick up, but that they were closing and could he wait till morning to get it...he agreed We get it home, start prepping it to take put that weekend, the fridge door worked but neither of us inspected it and really it was our biggest concern. We trusted that the repairs were made. So, We didnt slide the slide out out to check it, the screen appears fixed and we didnt test the tv. As for the drain plugs, and sewer cap, we were told they were on order... so we made a trip to walmart and bought those.. Well, we head out on our weekend trip to Mesquite, get there and again. The fringe door is swung open, the screen came undone, worse than before and we slide the slide out out and notice the crude repair.... 12 screws all up and down the rubber seal and into the side of the trailer. As for the fridge hinge, again I found the pieces that broke while cleaning up the mess...the pieces weren't like the original... but instead it was 5 very small ( 1/2 inch or smaller) O rings they had stacked to make a spacer...each were broke and on the floor...who uses orings as a spacer for a hinge??? And again tv/dvd was still not working. So in 3 weeks they manage to screw down a weather seal, and stack o rings on a hinge and I dont know what they did to the screen. After that trip back to Desert Coach for 2 weeks, they again fixed the hinge on the fridge... how? With 3 shiny silver metal washers stacked again on the hinge pin... my fridge is black with black hinges... the washers are large and stick out and are very noticeable... we were told to take a sharpie marker to them , the service man couldnt find his sharpie just then. We pointed out the screws in the molding...that it was terrible, he looked at it and said he could make it match by putting g more screws in the remainder of the molding... absolutely not...However the tv/dvd they did fix. I called the service manager out on the crappy repairs... he blamed it on some young person that they had to let go because of his terrible repair work and complaints...he guaranteed better service in the future Got the trailer home, and found a big gouge in the table top edge... right across from the fridge. It was not there before the repair, I've washed that table down so many times I would have noticed...now my cleaning cloth catches on it everytime... but Desert Coach says they didnt do it, that it was there when I brought it in. Not true. Not happy with the service or repairs... be weary people. read more

In the middle of the Utah heat, Desert Coach RV helped us out a lot! First off, they gave us a great deal on an AC for our old, beat up, 91 Fleetwood Jamboree. Abs, our sale person, helped us figure out what we needed and even helped us save money by recommending we install it ourselves because it was so easy. The next day we were having some trouble getting the AC working. Abe sent out their best mechanic, Rock, to figure out the problem. After realizing we needed a new lower unit, they generously sold me the lower unit discounted to their cost and Rock installed it for free. Rock then offered to help us with an electrical issue we were trying to figure out, also for free. I can't say enough good things about this store, they do great work and provide top quality service, but most importantly they care about their customers. read more

BEWARE of these FAKES ! Crooked and unprofessional ... Absolute WORST RV Dealer experience imaginable. Service Dept. NOT on the up and up. If they DON'T want to do any necessary RV Maint - They'll run you down a road then act STUPID - like you Never expressed your EXACT NEEDS after talk and understanding when you Absolutely DID. The Warranty girl at the desk inside the front door is DECEPTIVELY and PURPOSELY RUDE and Will Not communicate with manufactures to perform needed repairs.... They DON'T make money on honoring warranties - it's ALL ABOUT THE SALE, then you're on your own. Most Deceptive and Deviate people I've had the Absolute Misfortune of crossing paths in life. I walked in here to get a part for my 5th wheel. The guy at the counter was reading something and acted put-out to even look up at me. I explained what I needed and he said I would have to get a specific size/part number, before he would even begin to help me. He could have just let me look at what he had and I probably could have figured out which one I needed, but that was too much trouble for him. Not a very good customer service attitude, bordering on rude. read more

We went to several rv dealers in Las Vegas before we decided on a Shadow Cruiser 260RBS. We did a google search to find the best possible price. Luckily we came across Desert Coach RV. We requested more information online and received a call promptly. The customer service was amazing from the beginning. Wade and his staff were amazing to deal with. We made a deal over the phone which was honored once I arrived. Definitely worth our two hour drive from Las Vegas. We purchased a toyhauler there in November 2019 and I have to say Wade, Marc, and Braxton were extremely professional from start to finish. Wade was vey patient and walked us thru the entire rig, made sure we found the best available financing and insured it was seamless since we traveled from So Cal x2 to complete the deal. Guys in parts were excellent, ordered everything I needed so I could tow my fifth wheel back to CA, and Marc insured the manufacturer fixed all the small things you would expect to find purchasing a new rig. The folks at Desert Coach RV did a great job. I recently purchased a used trailer that was on consignment. Talked to one salesman one day, and when I came back the next day it was his day off. I didn't want to flip on the guy, but they said they worked as a team. They really do, all the sales staff and general manager worked together to make sure that I had a good deal. The trailer was carefully gone through to make sure everything worked, they replaced all of the sky lights and vents as one was cracked. The sales manager Tyson delivered the trailer to my home. All I can say is "wow." We we're looking at buying a used motor home as we are just starting to get into rv travel. We went to look at one at Desert Coach and it really wasn't for us. Wade showed s another one and we fell in love. He gave us a great deal and walked us through the whole process. There was no pressure and he was honest about any flaws on the rig. For us honesty is everything so this sealed the deal. When it came time to finance we had already been pre-approved by our credit union but Wade was able to get them to lower the rate by 3/4's of a point. Thank you Wade! Then we asked about setting up our car to be towed. They handle that too. Abe and Marc in the service department got the parts ordered and we will be on the road in no time. Finally, Braxton, who got our purchase prepped was very meticulous and thorough. He then showed us all the key features inside and out and answered all our questions. I recently had a problem with my furnace in my 5th wheel. I went with a friends referral and ended up getting scammed for $150.00. Called Deset Coach and spoke with Tony Peck the Service Manager for help. They immediately stepped in and checked out the furnace and fixed it. They knew who scammed me and were also terrible upset that happened to me. One of their staff Rocky, came and installed it for me. He was so thorough and pleasant. Their Service Department has ruined our BRAND NEW Cyclone toyhauler and then blamed us for taking it to them to have them ruin it ! WAIT WHAT ?????? Excellent service! My girlfriend and I wouldn't have bought our trailer ANYWHERE else. In fact, the way we were treated by our salesman Brian was incredible, he so informative and pressure free...he was the reason we made our decision to buy through Desert Coach! And after we bought our trailer they were so helpful to teach us how to set it up and Wade even delivered and set it up for us the first time, taking time out of his day (TWICE!) to make sure we were all set! We had a horrible experience with Desert Coach RV. Mr. Hannig is crooked and a liar. They sold us a crappy trailer that they said was top of the line. We brought in still under warranty and they gave us very bad attitudes and did not fix many of our problems. When we picked up the trailer they charged us $300.00 for work they supposedly did. Most of the work was shoty and poor workmanship. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND BUY FROM SOME ONE ELSE. They dont even deserve one star!!!!!!!!! Like others have said this place should be your last resort. Would rate zero stars if I could. We spoke with them and showed interest in one of their fifth wheels. After having multiple conversations with Ashley in sales we decided we did want to move forward on purchasing it, but were waiting for some finances to pan out and we were also trying to get a truck to tow it. We agreed to put a deposit down on it to hold it for 2 weeks until that happened. I touched base with her and kept her updated. Letting her know we were still interested in it and were still planning on driving down (8 hours) to get it. She called me again to make sure we were still good and that we weren't planning on backing out. I then spoke with Wade about the financing aspect of it and how everything works. He decided to run our credit even though I didn't really want him to yet because of our financial situation we were working on. We then get a call basically saying they decided to sell to someone else. Wade the sales manager couldn't even call us to tell us himself. Apparently a deposit means nothing if they have someone else interested in it. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with their crappy professionalism and find a better company to deal with. read more

Horrible experience!!! Management was rude and they made excuses for why they wouldn't fix anything under warranty including that they no longer sold that kind of trailer that we bought less than a year ago. Called ahead to set an appointment then drove 2 hours for them to quickly say they couldn't fix anything. After arguing they agreed to fix items they had promised to fix when it was initially purchased but never did. After keing it for weeks they called and said it was ready to pick up. We called twice the morning we drove up to confirm it was done before driving 2 hours again and were reassured both times that it was done. When we arrived very few things had been fixed on the list. The service manager made excuses and admitted that he should have done a walk through to verify it was done before calling us. We waited in St George for hours while they said they would fix things. After returning they had stapled/nailed through drawer bottoms where it poked through and stated they didn't do it. They never even checked the broken A/C until we again pushed for answers and hey just made excuses that it was normal. We overheard them telling another customer that the noises coming from his unit was totally normal too. What a joke!!! We left without things fixed, had to pay over $300 which they tried to refuse any payment other than cash, threatened to be sued for slander if we shared our experience, & treated like crap! Don't go here!! Save yourself the hassle & excuses!!!! read more
