Let me be real with you - After reading the most recent Yelp reviews of the Florham Park location,…read moreI walked in this morning a bit nervous about my CAC scan at Summit Medical Group. I'd been scheduled for this scan by my primary care physician during my annual checkup exam, so I didn't see what Yelp had to say about Florham Park beforehand. Boy was I surprised when I looked online and saw all the 1-Stars and testimonials (!!!) Because of the timing, there was no backing out or way for me to schedule somewhere else. So I went in this morning with some trepidation. Fortunately I had a good patient experience overall. For imaging, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location again (140 Park Ave Building). Pros: ** Easy to drive there off of Columbia Turnpike. It's close to FDU -Florham. ** Nice campus. It's huge with more than ample parking and even covered parking structures for bad weather ** Imaging department is located as soon as you enter the main entrance doors of 140. It will be to your left. ** The waiting room is nice and they had HGTV playing on the TV ** The woman at Registration was polite, friendly, and informative ** The technician who performed my scan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining to me what would happen (which I really appreciate) ** The facilities once you enter past the registration area, equipment, and rooms looked good to me. There's a hallway with blue flowers painted on the walls, and on the ceiling above the machine there are images of the sky and flowers (so you can focus on those and relax while you are being x-rayed). Cons: ** So far, none... It's too early for the results and billing didn't happen yet. Hopefully the results will be uploaded to the portal in a timely fashion (in contrast to a fellow Yelper's review from last month). I don't know if that's a Summit Health computer system thing or human error though. We'll see what happens. Again, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location (140 Park Ave) in the future for imaging services.

I went for an MRI of my left hip on 9/3/26. Today I tried to get my results but did not reach…read moreanyone. I called three times and was prompted to get my results. Three times I went back to the start and was in a loop. I then went to another call where when I finally got to a voicemail I couldn't leave a message because it said the mailbox was full , this is 3:00 in the afternoon. No number to call a supervisor, nothing. I went to the Clifton, NJ location for an MRI and I had my report by the time I got home which takes 15 minutes. This was at the 150 Park Ave location in Florham Park. Do not get MRI here. Horrible service The woman that did the MRI , Evette was excellent. The follow up horrible.

I was a patient of Metro Vein Center - Florham Park for well over a year and I had multiple…read moretreatments during that time frame. After going for awhile, I noticed my legs were not getting better even though Dr. M said he closed multiple veins. I've since moved to another state where I continued vein treatment. It wasn't until then I noticed significant improvement in my legs. I wouldn't go back to Metro Vein Center again even if I was still in NJ. My opinion is, they are a rip off. They want you to be a permanent patient so they can continue picking your pockets.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and Dr Hammoud is the best. His confidence put me at ease and he actually explains everything as he's doing it. I have had cells stored with Lifebank USA since 2010. When I chose them it was because they had…read morebeen FDA audited, had a GMP facility and were blood bank accredited. I've had zero issues with the storage- my only complaint is the lack of billing updates. I have broken up my yearly storage fees- biweekly and have paid this way for 15 years. Unfortunately, I never receive an end of year account statement. I have to physically call every year to ensure my payments have been credited. I get sending a monthly statement would be costly and thus increase everyones overall cost. Yet, once a year would be helpful.

I aksed for even an iphone pic of their facility, or where the sample is stored. Nothing. Now they are using offshore collection people to hound me. I have started recording all our phone conversations, and have reached out to the former CFO. I am sorry the former review is "filtered"-- seems to me someone should investigate this place. They got a lot of TV endorsements early on-- maybe a follow up is in order.

Waited there almost 2hr when the first guy said "20 mins"... which I shouldn't've believed. They were clean and efficient, though, once I saw the RN and Dr, they were quick and I was out in ~15min. X-ray was down when I went in on Sunday.

Horrible experience with CityMD Morris Plains location. They didn't give me the note for work I had…read moreto go back and ask for it and had to wait again for them to just give me a note. I called multiple times for my meds and was told several times it was sent the pharmacy but the pharmacy never received it. And when I called back to check they said " oh we don't have anything on record for meds" even though they confirmed they sent it before, then I was given the run around between this location and the aftercare to get my prescription, transfer back and forth daily calls after my visit and I still didn't get my meds. And on top of that I was given the wrong diagnosis. When I followed up with the specialist I found out I had a fracture in my toe and that they said there was nothing wrong. Never going back to this place again. Very unprofessional
