The dr suggested a 3"x16" strip which was clearly MUCH too long. Dennis helped me find a better size 3"x3." He even had sterile water that I can use to clean my husband's wound. Tried to explain that newly Purchased CPAP was no longer working. Alex continued to explain the basics of setup to me, I've used a resmed CPAP for 12yrs ! Im somewhat familiar. Used the analogy.... trying to breathe with a golf ball in my throat . Alex chose to respond with "I'll stick a golf ball up your ass". Very professional customer service ! Plus my regular family dr. I am a long time pain management patient and was having some difficulty in getting one of my medications. He said he was opening up another Pro Care pharmacy on Amboy road and that he had 4 stores so if one of his stores was out of the particular medication then he would transfer it to one of his other locations. No problem at all he could help me get my meds no problem. He even gave me his private cell phone number and to give him a call when I was ready to transfer all my prescriptions to his businesses. I take controlled meds and uncontrolled medicine. Well to sum it up I called him up and he informed me that he would not be able to help me with my prescriptions. I went into the new Pro Care pharmacy to have a conversation but the one woman pharmacist didn't seem to recognize his name. She said that I should come back on a Friday when the pharmacist who only deals with controlled medications. I don't know what is going on at Pro Care pharmacies but I'm extremely disappointed in this young man who said his name was Mario and that he would help me with all my medications. Something seems off and doesn't seem to kosher to me. Thank goodness I didn't leave my present drugstore because I would be up a creek without a paddle nor without many of my medications. Why are legitimate pain patients treated so poorly?

CVS, Walgreens, ShopRite, no one can get this. Not even a local compound pharmacy can create the concoction so what do you do? Look online? (nope!), ask your doctor for a substitute? (nope!) At first I thought it was just the techs, but they are picking up that awful behavior from actual pharmacists. Not only do they not know how to be respectful to their customers/ patients, but there is a huge language barrier. The entire staff does not understand English well or how to communicate, and then they become frustrated with you as if it's your fault and give you extreme attitude. I am already very sick and dealing with enough. I don't need the pharmacist to abruptly pull the phone out of the techs hand because he could not pronounce or tell me what medicine I received a text about and then have her assume I'm talking about a completely different medication with such nastiness and aggression. I only have 2 meds that I get at this particular pharmacy and my doctor made an error twice now, and sent my injections to them instead of CVS. I asked the pharmacist, who did not introduce herself as the pharmacist or her name,(they never do) to please cancel my injections because they must go to cvs for insurance purposes. She was so loud, and aggressive. She began yelling over me when I did not raise my voice and then went on to threaten me ( this was the 2nd time), that if I'm going to get my meds from cvs that I can get the rest of my meds from CVS too, and she will cancel out all my prescriptions and "CVS can deal with getting prior authorizations and filling your meds". I told her that was not what I was asking. I simply need them to cancel the injections and I'll have my doctor send it to CVS. She threatened me again, and said she was " too busy for this bullshit" and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. I called back and was extremely upset and asked to speak to a pharmacist, it was her, and she said I am the pharmacist you just spoke to. I was in shock. How could a health care professional speak to sick patients just trying to get their medicine like this. I told her that I am a PA for many years and would never dare speak to a patient in this manner. Her response was "I don't give a shit that you're a PA, that means nothing to me". Click!
