The pharmacist , Lev, is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable, I always have lots of questions regarding my meds, which other pharmacists find annoying but Lev patiently listens and then advises. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, nobody communicates with each other, and every visit turns into unnecessary stress. What happened to professionalism? I've had better experiences at busy chain pharmacies than this so-called "friendly neighborhood pharmacy." Honestly, I'm switching to CVS. It's closer, faster, and at least when employees have attitudes there, management actually steps in and fixes it. Here, the bad attitudes are apparently encouraged because nobody does anything about it. And CVS calls you to tell them they have your medications and then call you when they're ready.
