His touch can be as much as you can handle to work out the knots and tight spots in my body. He will communicate throughout the message to ask you about pressure. The Rx massage team is great. I really enjoy the massage and the massage therapists hit all the areas of concern. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they do not wipe off the oil. They leave all the oil on you and send you home. Typically the massage therapist will wipe it off with a warm towel. And since this place is not a spa, you can't wash it off in the shower. I hardly ever leave a yelp review, but this was so worthy of one. I was in so much pain. I was hurting even to go to sleep. My husband is in the army, and I solo parent 95 percent of the time and the stress, constant lifting and doing man chores has taken a toll. I came in and had a massage done by Tommy and it was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. I left able to stand up straight again and most of my pain gone. I will definitely be making this at a minimum a monthly must. The office is clean, the front desk was so nice and I'm so glad I found Tommy. So professional and very skilled. Roni at Laguna Niguel is the best! I have tight hamstrings and quads because I hike and climb a lot, and I see her every two weeks to maintain strength and flexibility. I've been going to PT for a while now for a frozen shoulder. I signed up for a therapeutic massage and I will never regret that decision. My massage therapist was Stacy.
