I've been coming to Squeeze since they opened and somehow never left a review-- that changes today, right before my 25th massage. Every single therapist I've seen here has been amazing. They actually take time before each session to ask what's bothering you and what you prefer, which sounds basic but makes a real difference. In all this time, I can count on one hand the number of times I've gotten a last-minute text about a schedule change. And honestly? As an esthetician, I get it. People get sick, schedules shift, and sometimes moving your appointment 30 minutes means someone else can get in who really needs it. I've never once been bothered by it. The atmosphere alone is worth mentioning. The waiting room is quiet and genuinely relaxing, not just aesthetically, but in the way it actually makes you slow down before you even get to the table. I have been a member before this location even opened. I have been getting text message reminders before my appointment for over a year but my last appointment allegedly my carrier blocked their number and i never got a reminder therefore I missed my appointment and was charged $125. They would not work with me knowing that my carrier had block their reminders. I am very unsatisfied with their service and lack of compassion. They could have emailed me or called me or even reimbursed me some of it back but they reached out to the owner and they wouldn't budge. read more

I LOVE this place so much! First of all, it smells wonderful when you walk in and looks beautiful, clean, welcoming. It's super easy to make your appointment online and to indicate all of your preferences. The therapist actually reads it beforehand and has a little session with you to confirm your preferences and ask if there are any changes. The massage room has a nook for you to sit and hang your belongings and there are offerings of hairbands and sweets (more helpful goodies in the restrooms). Everything the therapist needs is also in the room (so they don't leave you hanging while they go fetch a warm towel or other stuff). My absolute favorite part about the experience is when you're ready, you press a button under the bed. I always hated the are you ready dance part at every place and this is the first/only place to solve that problem. So simple yet brilliant! My second favorite part is that you simply leave afterwards and they'll text you later so that you can add gratuity online and don't have to do the other dance oh let me see how much cash I have to tip and while I'm relaxed and can't figure out this math stuff and stare at each other awkwardly. The first couple times my masseuse was late and cut my time short I arrived on time - they ran late and instead of ended my massage the full 50mim they cut my massage short 2. My 5th massage I woke up sick. I tried to cancel it but couldn't because I was cancelling it 4 hours before massage. I ended up going sick so I didn't lose out on my money. I was 3 min late (due to me being sick) and by the time the masseuse started my massage it was 10 min past my starting time. So again I only got a 40 min massage Overall I never got my FULL timed massage Either they ran late and won't extend your time or if run late, there is ZERO grace period bc all their back to back appointments Just stressful and disappointing. The app leaves no stone of the experience uncovered, which ensures you get what you want, and makes the experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. I came in on a whim and they had an opening with Rico for a 50min massage and it was AMAZING! Exactly what I needed after a recent travel. Squeeze has been a great addition to the South Orange County massage scene. Booking and checkout is conveniently done through an app, ensuring that your experience remains relaxed. While there's not a lot of fancy frills (no robes, steam rooms, etc.) it's perfect for what I want and keeps the pricing affordable. After going for a few massages I decided to sign-up for a membership and have had no regrets. Of the four massage therapists I have seen, I've never had a bad experience. While your preferences are saved in their system, they still take the time to review what areas you're interested in treating and reviewing any problem areas. They check-in with you throughout the massage to asses pressure and your comfort. I believe most of the therapists have part or full time job at neighboring spas at some of the local resorts, and pick up shifts here based on their availability. Kristy and Rico have been my favorite therapists. Rico was my most recent and his massage was transformative - not a classic massage, he focused more on deep breathing and pressure points. His pressure is perfect and intuitive and I'm already looking forward to the next service with him. Just went to squeeze for the first time it was amazing! I arrived and was greeted by the host who checked me in and then walked me back to the lounge. It was a nice relaxing environment. I was offered water, tea, etc and they said to check out the aroma area to pick what I want during my massage. I picked Grapefruit and loved the fresh scent! My therapist Ashley welcomed me back and told me about what to expect. She asked me a little more details in addition to what I put as my preferences on the app. She showed me where to hang my clothes, and where I could charge my phone. Then she said I can adjust the light and pick my music. They have indie rock which you never see at a spa/massage place. It was such a fun and relaxing experience.
