Booked a couples massage on a weekday. The massage therapists were amazing. The room felt clean and the lights projection was cool and not bothersome. The not so good thing was that they didn't put us in a couples room and said it would be an additional $10, and my husband did not get the foot scrub which was part of our combination massage package. He also felt rushed by the massage therapist to start early while still undressing. However, as previously mentioned the massage itself was very nice and also appreciated the small bottled waters at the end. After ordering pizza in person @ the Brooklyn pizza next door they told me it would be about 30-40 min since it was a Friday night. I said no problem and walked around and came across on point massage. I walked in and asked if they offered 30 min massages and they said they do. Melissa was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING. I was mind blown because I'm so used to getting the standard 50 min or 80 min massages and never thought 30 min would be so effective. My husband and I made an appointment here for a much needed massage and this spot did not disappoint. We were kindly greeted by the front desk when we arrived and taken into our couples room immediately. The room was clean, dim, and quiet with soft music playing. So the vibe was completely relaxing before the massage even began. The kind lady who was my masseuse gladly put a little more pressure when I asked her to and it was heaven on earth! I went for a deep tissue massage that was 98% elbows and not at all comfortable and minimally therapeutic because my body was so tense bracing for the pain of when the massage therapist would drag her elbow over my shoulder bone. As you can see from the photos, I literally had bruises on my back from this. Not exaggerating, the exact same move was done on each side of my body 100+ times. I guess for the price, you could maybe try a Swedish massage or something else, but definitely don't recommend the deep tissue. read more

I had an amazing massage with Coco! It was 7pm and raining on my way back from work and my back was killing me! I have never spontaneously went for a massage in my life but I just knew I needed this. I looked up a massage place and this place came up which is right next to Brooklyn Pizza. They took me in right away. I've been to Burke Williams and for the massage itself I enjoyed this more. Coco had a good firm hand and I think just her energy made me very comfortable. And they didn't skimp any minutes if anything maybe a few minutes over. And the hot stones were a pleasant surprise. They put hot stones on your back and then use them to rub your back too. Ambiance is nothing special but prices are great. Love this place! My first time here and the masseuse Tina was awesome. Decided to take my girl for some much needed R&R and so glad we came across this spot. We both opted for a 60min massage and definitely worth every penny, just wished we had requested for the 90min. That will definitely be on the agenda the next time around. The overall experience here was amazing. First off, the prices are truly fair, the staff is nice, and the quality of the massage is even better. One thing I would fix is how much the two staff were talking and laughing throughout our couples massage. As much as I'm for workplace fun, there's a time and place. I personally enjoy quiet with some music. Other than that, again, this place is amazing and we will be going back very soon. Super important too. My boyfriend had a massage and was very pleased with it he service. I dropped him off and picked him up after the service. My only complaint is the service provided by the guy at the front desk. He was rude on the phone when I called to confirm the appointment and was rude upon our arrival and when we paid for the service. I work in a customer service and also have a face to face interaction with the customers. This man is in desperate need of customer service class and training. He's rude, dry and brutal to your face. Made an appointment and specified with the manager/owner/front desk person what services I was in need of. Apparently he did not relay my information to the young massage therapist nor did she inquire when she came in the room. She did not work on my upper back as requested, very well nor long...the deep tissue pressure was very uncomfortable...she was unable to communicate with, as she didn't speak English, etc. I feel as though she wasn't very skilled to be performing said massage therapy. Massage was ok, but the vibe and customer service by management was far worse. Been here few times and it's always awkward. It's like the owners or management only want cash but don't know how to ethically or legally state so. So I pay with card because I don't carry cash any more. Lady working the front desk mumbled something in Chinese after she swiped the card for a tip. Obviously it was an insult about using debit card or she would have said it clearly so I could understand. Very insulting and disrespectful even though I provided a 20% tip to the girl who did the work. Was a basic massage of merely just rubbing my back, shoulders, neck and legs, definitely not a deep tissue massage or Swedish massage. $70 later. The guys at the mall honestly do a better job for $20 on the chair. Owner and management need to improve customer service skills and work for tips and not just insult you for using a bank card. Or put a giant sign on the front door and website that says "cash only", we don't want to pay taxes nor pay our employees a living wage! I will never be back, ever! read more

I'm really torn because I alternately want everyone to know about this place AND I want to keep it as my own little secret indulgence. This is my second visit here and second therapist (Tina) who was easily as good, if not better, than the therapist I had the first time. I came for the deep tissue/acupressure and was not disappointed. This type of massage is not meant to be relaxing, but surprisingly, segments of it were. Tina is very thorough and skillful and detects problem areas without direction. I find deep tissue, traditionally, to be what I call "aggressively therapeutic". I believe this was very much a therapeutic experience, but I want to make it clear that Tina was very good about checking in re: pressure being too much or too little. I went in for a massage this past Sunday. The therapist's name was Angela. The experience was very positive. I was very relaxed during the session . Even though I was their last customer of the evening, Angela took her time and gave me a great whole body massage. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure. The room was dark but still visible enough for me to see that it was clean. The music was soothing and I felt very relaxed. For the price they charged, I feel that they are so much better than many of the more well known massage places. I will definitely be coming back. read more
