The two men who came out to deliver order, did an amazing job! I ordered the white glove delivery, and they assembled everything and put it in place in a very timely matter. Both men were very friendly and professional! The reason for the 4 star is because of the delivery scheduling . When they originally called me to schedule, they gave me a 14 hour delivery window. I have never heard of such a long window. Therefore, I had to cancel several appointments I had on that day. The night before they call me and give me a four hour window. For my delivery 10/5, I was told I would get a 30 mins heads up from the driver prior to delivery. I left my house to run a quick errand (15 mins away). They showed up at my house without giving me the 30 mins heads up. Now it's saying I missed the delivery. Will never order from anyone using RXO again. Fast forward to my next delivery date of 10/7, I received a confirmation email at 7:30 AM hence I took the entire day off to wait for the delivery. Got a text message at 9:40 AM saying the delivery has been rescheduled to 10/8 per my request. I never made and/or authorized this request to change the delivery date again. This company has no respect for the customer's time. I would give zero stars if I could. Please avoid. I plan on making a thorough formal complaint soon. read more

Delivery of my fridge wasn't an issue, but the driver informed me that my shutoff valve for the ice maker/water dispenser wasn't holding and that I should hire a plumber to come change the valve out, then they will come back out to finish the installation. I am a licensed plumber and I shut the valve off without an issue, the house is only 4 years old everything is new here. I have been on the phone with 2 ladies in customer service and the driver, and currently awaiting a call from Bella the manager about the issue. Nobody so far has been helpful at all, they keep trying to have me reschedule when I have been waiting a month and a half for this refrigerator, want to me reschedule the earliest day which is Tuesday, so I would have to not only wait another 3 days for them to fix their mistake, but I will also have to take off of work for which im not getting reimbursed by their company. I could not in good conscience recommend this logistics company to anyone and I hope whomever you buy your appliances from doesn't use them either. I left a similar review for Samsung to see, RXO needs to do better this is absolutely unacceptable. Update: Thanks for the reply Bryan, since posting this review Bella still hasn't called me, but I did receive a call from a gentleman named Thomas (I believe it was) who brought up my Yelp review in his first sentence after I said hello. He just kept trying to reschedule me, then I just got off the phone with the warehouse manager (I didn't grab his name when I talked to him but I've got his phone number) the warehouse manager apologized and said he will call me Monday morning and try to work me onto the schedule for later in the day but Tuesday is probably the earliest. I then reiterated to him that there was zero issue with the shutoff valve, I was able to turn it off and disconnect the flex hose without issue and he apologized again. I spoke to 4 people, all 4 of them just wanted to reschedule me and make me wait another 3 days with my new refrigerator just sitting in the middle of my kitchen. I can't do anything about it, they're going to come out when THEY want, but not a single person I've talked to actually tried to help me or rectify the issue, they all just tell me to wait. If there was a problem with the valve I completely understand having to wait, but it was the driver not fully shutting the valve off and telling me it was leaking... I don't understand how I'm being punished for his negligence and the entire company is okay with it. I didn't catch the driver's name but I'm sure hoping it's the same one that comes out so I can teach him how to turn a handle properly and save someone else from this headache he caused me. Last update: I never heard from Bella at all or the warehouse manager Monday morning, two new gentlemen came out yesterday and got everything squared away. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and very personable, I felt much better vibes from these guys than the first crew that came out, we actually talked and laughed a bunch. Very very good guys, they were quick and careful with removal of old refrigerator and installation of the new one. They even showed me how to replace the panels on the fridge if I ever wanted to change up the color. I couldn't be happier with the 2 guys that came out yesterday, I only wish I had gotten their names so I could praise them on here. RXO in Maryland has very poor service. RXO, the company contracted by LG for appliance deliveries, has a significant number of complaints and negative reviews regarding their delivery and installation services, specifically related to LG dishwashers. Common issues include missed delivery appointments, delays, poor communication, incompetent installers, and damaged appliances. My LG Dishwasher is stuck for installation with them since I ordered from LG, and they are not able to install it and send professional installer. This is forth time, they said someone will come and no one showed-up. I do not recommend RXO. read more

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the delivery and installation of four appliances we ordered from Samsung for our brand-new home. On the day of delivery, two Samsung delivery personnel arrived to install the appliances. Unfortunately, their handling of the appliances was extremely unprofessional and has caused significant damage to our property: 1. **Damaged Front Door:** While attempting to bring in the refrigerator through the main entrance, the delivery personnel removed the door from the frame. In the process, they hit the door with force against the walls, causing visible damage to both the door and the surrounding walls. 2. **Damaged Tiles in Washing Area:** The first delivery person handled the washing machine carelessly, repeatedly hitting the walls with both the trolley and the machine. He then attempted to move the washing machine without the trolley, during which he threw water on the floor to slide the machine, leading to the breakage of ten tiles in our washing area. 3. **Damaged Pillar Wall:** During the process of moving the appliances, the delivery team further caused damage to the pillar wall, leaving noticeable marks and chips. When I confronted them about these issues, they begged me not to report the damages to Samsung, stating that the repair costs would be deducted from their paychecks. They even suggested that they could fix the damages themselves, which is unacceptable given the extent of the damage and the fact that this is a brand-new home. We moved into this house only one day before the delivery, and it is now marred by the damage caused by your delivery team. This experience has been extremely distressing, and we are left with a damaged home and potentially compromised appliances. I urge you to address this matter promptly by compensating for the damage and ensuring that proper measures are taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I expect Samsung to cover the costs of all necessary repairs to restore our home to its original condition. My family and i are in absolute shock at this Moments. And this has affected us really badly. RXO issued a case number and it's almost 45 no resolution. Im requesting again to Hub leaders to resolve my claim ASAP. read more
