Used to love going to this location! Post-remodel it seems to have lost its best staff members (where's Keith and the friendly women?) and isn't as welcoming/inviting inside. Actually preferred the more cramped layout. During visit today to mail a small package to Austin, the young man helping me was not overly friendly and somewhat annoyed that he had to spend a lot of time looking for a container in which to properly fit a dress and pair of shoes. He came back w/ a massive box, and I suggested that perhaps everything would fit in a soft mailer. He pulled one out, I put everything inside, and it was still way too big. I offered to maybe stuff it with the bag that I had brought my items in. He said in a flat tone, "It's not going to make a difference/the bag is tear-proof anyway." Then when I completed the checkout process and hit "print receipt," he condescendingly said, "You don't need to hit the print button next time." I guess because it automatically prints a sticker tracking receipt and it was such a huge bother for him to actually have to rip off an another paper receipt from the register. I know I'm nit-picking, but I was used to upbeat, stellar customer service and this kid came across as a typical teen--bothered. read more

I can't thank Collin enough for his help in getting Amazon to invetigate 4 missing return packages. I had tried to get Amazon to credit me for the four packages that were sent but after more than 2 weeks were not reported as received. Collin, despite a very busy day with multiple in /out clients, spent over an hour with me collecting the tracking data that I then sent to Amazon. The next morning Amazon credited me for the "in transit" over 2 weeks missing packages. Go figure! Thanks Collin. PS; AlsoThanks to Sandy! It didn't go unnoticed by me, that she was taking double duty covering Collin while Collin helped me. What a great team!!! read more

Keith (manager) said a 12x20 canvas would be $50, which it's okay in my opinion. Well they took almost a month to make, and they told me it will take a week. Then when he said it was ready, he decided to change the price to $125, literally a 125% marked up price. Won't be giving them my business anymore. Unprofessional and he isn't a man of his word. If I could, I would give this store a 0 STARS! read more

I have been using this UPS store since they opened. They are always friendly, professional and helpful. Great team, good service.

I was in here today and saw an employee treat a customer extremely rudely. Though it had nothing to do with me, it didn't sit well at all. The customer was shipping a large number of boxes and the young woman seemed to be processing them and handling the situation just fine. The customer, CLEARLY trying to assist the employee, went to put a box on the digital scale at the same time she did, and the boxes bumped. No big deal from where I stood. However, another employer -- older and acting "in charge" jumps all over the customer for trying to help out. He kept saying "ladies first" like three times -- presumably because the employee was a woman. The customer and the employee were both clearly embarrased by the little lecture. I don't know if the guy was the owner or manager. But, I do know he needs a crash course in courtesy. If he had talked to me like that, I would have called him on it. read more
