Waste of time! Made appointments for my wife and I for cleanings over three months in advance. When I arrive for my appointment I am told they lost it. They then proceeded to give me some convoluted reason regarding their booking system and offered to give me a new appointment in another two months. This is really poor customer service. After my amazing dentist, Dr. Adair, in Valley Center retired, I've struggled to find a decent replacement. Two months ago I needed a new crown and decided to try Bramhall out. He used state of the art equipment, where my crown was made right on the spot. Bramhall took his time and made sure the crown was a perfect fit. I left well pleased with the quality of his work. Today I had my teeth cleaned by his hygienist, Hamish, and am once again well pleased. The last dental office I tried was very unorganized and zapped me with x rays upon each visit, being over three times a year. Their hygentist was brutal. So Bramhal's hygentist was a welcome change. Using updated equipment, Hamish was gentle and thorough. He comes with outstanding training and knowledge about the health of your gums. I left his office full of advice on brushing and caring for my gums. At last I've found a great dentist and would recommend Dr. Ryan's group to anyone. read more

Love this place so much! Everyone is so nice and knows what they are doing. My daughter and I came here to get our 6 months checkup. Sherri knew who we were immediately and checked my daughter and I in. Hamish did a great job working on my teeth. Educated me on toothbrush and toothpaste that should be avoided. My daughter was next and he did a great job cleaning her teeth. She wasn't scared and didn't cry one bit. He had a lot of patience with her. Dr. Ryan came in after and was really nice taking the time to see if I had any concerns with my teeth and my daughter's as well. I love this place and definitely recommend it! read more

He's a good dentist and he's really good with kids...but even with insurance, we've spent more than $1000 at his office. My son needs some more work done...but we haven't gone in because in addition to our insurance, we have to pay $500 per tooth and when we have 4 to do...that's more than I'm willing to pay. I'm in the process of looking for a CHEAPER more AFFORDABLE dentist. If you're going in for routine clean up though...give him a try. Your insurance will cover THAT! When you step in his office, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! We sure were! We weren't expecting it to be a high-tech office. They even have a tv screen on the ceiling in every room! read more

THEY ACCEPT TRICARE!! First time I ever found out you should floss BEFORE brushing--"Well of course, don't you take off your shoes before taking a shower??" (very comical and funny personality, especially for a dentist...they're normally so bland.) Everyone in the office was so warm and welcoming, they all know s*** and I came out of the appointment more knowledgeable about dental health than when I went in. Dr. Goble is thorough, explains everything in a way normal people can understand, and even takes pictures to help facilitate comprehension. I normally only go to dentists that I've gotten referrals from but being new to the area I relied on Yelp and am so happy I did. I will definitely be referring the office to other military wives. Like some others said, it may get a bit pricey if you come to Dr. Goble. I have fillings that need to be replaced (at least two other dentists in the span of 5 years have seen them and not mentioned anything). Personally, I will end out paying more from coming to him..but I would rather pay now to actually FIX things that could cause problems before it turns into a larger bill or bad dental pain. Also, he was not pushy or "salesman" about the things he wanted to fix; he simply showed me the pictures and explained what was going on--it was obvious the problems he stated should be fixed and I am a bit disappointed my previous dentists never said anything. I will be staying with Dr. Goble as long as possible and will be sad when we have to move again..it's so hard to find a great dentist. read more

Dr Goble and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. They squeezed me in for an emergency appointment, as a new patient, literally minutes before they were set to close. They were so welcoming and friendly. His office is so clean, the exam room had a huge window with nice landscape outside for a very open and relaxing feel. The receptionist was amazing- so sweet and helpful, and Dr Goble and his dental assistant were wonderful at explaining everything so I could fully understand. I just had the best dental appointment! My family and I have been a long time patients of Dr Goble, he is very knowledgable and explains what needs to be done, letting you know if some treatment can wait or if it is urgent. He explained my one tooth needed a crown and needed it soon. Now, one thing no one likes is the injection to get numb. Let me tell you....Dr Goble makes that a non-issue, You don't feel a thing. So once the injection is behind me the rest is smooth sailing. To make the visit even better, Dr Goble can complete the crown in one visit. No sending it to the lab and coming back in two weeks. You leave with your new crown in a couple of hours. This office is warm and friendly and his staff matches his quality of care. read more

He's a nice guy, until you have a problem...here was my experience: 1-felt rushed because my mouth wouldn't get numb for a filling..."...this should only take me 30 minutes, so we're running long" he said. 2-Needed a crown...he "damaged" my tooth so he could show my insurance that the crown was needed, felt a little shady 3-When the crown didn't feel right, he ground down the tooth above it...yes, to make my crown fit, he ground down a healthy tooth above it...now it my healthy tooth feels small and rough, it may be a proper dental procedure, but it just doesn't feel right and hasn't since he did it 4-Made an appt about 10 months after the crown as I feel like there's an issue with the crown and I failed to make the appt I made. They send me a $75 bill in mail for missing the appt. (6 weeks after the appt.) Here's his response when I asked why they didn't remind me about the cancellation fee: "Under no circumstances am I required by law to inform you twice of our office cancellation policy, I am required to get a signed notification, which I did." I get it, he reserved a spot for me...but no empathy, no 1st time waiver...and "legally required"??? If you communicate your fee when folks make an appt. maybe 1) people will make their appt. 2) they will cancel the appt and free up the spot for someone else. Instead, let's just be rude...obviously not going back to this doc... If this is who you want in your mouth, good luck read more
