I'm sure the dentist is good but if the office and support staff are not the outcome is not good. I've had many dental implants so I'm not new to the process. This was not a great experienc. My initial implant he placed fell out after a couple months. This added quite a bit of time to the process. Once I got the second Implant in and the abutment and crown I was disappointed and dissatisfie. The crown screws on and you have a hole filled that looks like a hole in your tooth. The crown they put on was not sized properly to match my other side so I have one monster tooth on one side twice as big as the other side. Not only do I have this oversized tooth, it looks like it has a hole in it and it's all I feel in my mouth constantly. Ask about this prior, and know the staff is hard to communicate with when you need answers or help, hence the failed implant. read more

Been coming here for 4+ years. Great and friendly staff, but every quote I get is ALWAYS significantly below the actual cost. After I had 4 implants done, fully paid off and confirmed, they were showing I had a balance due. They went back to check and found the original paperwork/receipts/financials that showed it's been fully paid. Another time, I was quoted around $900 for a permanent bridge and $650 for 3 wisdom extractions, $50 for 2 filling, and $0 for 2 deep cleaning that was included 50% coverage from my insurance (Aetna) plan. Total billed around $4200 minus credit from Aetna which contrary to their statement covered significantly under 50% coverage. I was told ADHP had a new policy where patients "pay upfront" then get reimbursed from insurance. After the first billing mishap, I should of left. My mistake. Now I'm "liable" according to ADHP for $4200, even if I denied further service for delivery of the bridge. I would stay away. ADHP isn't so affordable after all. False marketing! read more
