After reinspection, they came in with a revised bid that was more than 12K higher. They went from $24,975 to $37, 200 (a 50% increase)!!! I called them on the excessive and dishonest bid and they said they would discount by $5,000. I said, no thanks. You cannot be trusted. I ultimately hired another service that bid $12, 415 and they did a fantastic job. So while I don't always choose the lower bid, this time it was the right choice. I would not trust Angels Painting.
