I've spent so much time following up by calls, emails or text, it is ridiculous. Also, even if they do answer, be sure to check double that what you asked for was done (I paid 5 months for a car I asked to have taken off) and it never got done. I've spoken to the owner, and it's the same thing "We are short-staffed, busy, etc" that I have been hearing since 2020. I have a job, and following up daily is a headache. I am honestly at a loss at this point. I do NOT recommend putting yourself in this situation as it is not worth it.

Agent does not check his calendar and assistant apparently does not remind agent of his appointments. I asked the assistant to have agent call me and am still waiting for that call 24 hours later.
