I love the fact that they swap out towels instead of using a damp cloth like other places will. They even brush the water off my tires and after I tip, they dry the window again. I know it seems petty but they just take good care of my car! Second, you can't beat the price! $4.00 isn't bad but if you buy a 4-pack of car washes, it's only $2.50 apiece! You don't see that anywhere......

But the place on 8 Mile "would take care of me" (for $35). I have lived in Warren for 17 years, have used that car wash semi-regularly for both my vehicles. Not anymore. Reality: They couldn't care less. One less customer is not going to affect them at all.

I was running late to drop off my car due to a work emergency and when I called the DetailXPerts phone number and pressed 0 for an emergency or an operator as directed on the line to let the tech know I was running late the line just kept circling back around to the menu and I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I was also told to leave the parking ticket for the garage in my car and the tech informed me "we'll take care of that for yo." But when I went to leave the garage and put the ticket (that I had left in view in my car next to my gear shift), it was not validated and I had to pay $35 to get out. They did a fairly good job on the inside of my car, but not $215 worth.

They did a fantastic job - probably the best detailing job I've ever experienced. Finished right on time, too, as I was on a tight schedule to get to the airport that day. HIGHLY recommend these guys! One note: their sign is not very big, so it's easy to miss them among the businesses in the strip mall. They are the second business from the end, right next to the oil change/brake shop at the end of the mall.
