There was a lady at the start of the line who took payment and gave membership options. She was lovely and they have great customer service. There was another employee right before the car wash starts to guide you in, and he gave me a free car freshener to hang! The car was took off all the grime, and I have no complaints.

They don't vacuum the interior very thoroughly. They "wipe" the dash, but nothing really looks "clean" when they're done with it. I know it's not a detail, but they give half effort to even wipe surfaces. I'd rather just take the 30-60 minutes out of my day to wash my car myself.
