That was a big bonus for me as I needed a suit freshened up for a wedding after having flown in from out of town and having my outfit looking less than crisp. Overall, the pricing was fair and the staff were friendly. They did a decent job pressing my suit but I found it odd that they buttoned my suit jacket once they were done pressing it. That threw off the alignment a little and caused some creasing that shouldn't have been there. That may sound "off" but if you button up a suit jacket while it's on a hanger, it counteracts the natural fall/flow of the fabric. Luckily, a quick few seconds with a steam iron back at home undid the minor issues. Then again, I didn't pay to have to go back home and do more work on the suit myself. I'd give them another shot when I'm back in the area for a visit but I'll probably make a request to not repeat the mistake.

Recently, I had two pairs of suit slacks that needed repair. The first pair I brought in was a blown seat seam, and the repair was done well and at a reasonable cost. The second pair had issues at the thigh; the fabric was showing wear, and I was concerned the pants might rip or tear. I was looking for a solution aside from replacing the pants. Their "seamstress" recommended a patch. I was aware that the issue was caused by moisture and that a lining would help to keep the pants from further damage. The recommendation of a patch seemed reasonable, and I allowed them to do the work for me. Unfortunately, the patch was unsatisfactory. The "seamstress" stitched in a patch that restricted the movement of the area and did more harm to the item than good. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she blamed me for bringing the pants to them. She said I was told that there was a risk. This, however, was not the case. After a brief discussion, she told me that I should take my business elsewhere. Not alterations, not cleaning, but my business should go somewhere else. I spend, on average, $80 a month on laundry. Almost $1,000 a year. All I wanted was an apology and for the owner to take accountability for the poor quality of work that she allowed to leave her shop. She said she would refund me for the patch, but at the time of writing this I have not received a chargeback.

I picked up my curtains paid for the alteration service and went right back the same day to let them know that they ruined my curtains they were cut too short , all they wanted to do to fix the issue is refund my alteration money....the employee said that's all she could do ! so I was like what about my curtains which I paid over$100 for I had receipt for the curtains they were brand new... they did not care she was mad because I did not accept her only offer was to refund alterations the owner refused to call me it took weeks. And no call from anyone , So I went back I was the one who came up with a resolution that the fabric that was cut if they could add that length back ... since there was no response and I did not want to be out $100 dollars. after a whole month I was able to get my curtains back they looked off but it was workable for me to use them.Bottom line take your clothes here at your own risk. if they ruin your garments they will dodge you not wanting to accept accountability , Again not the owner had the decency to apologize as he never return my calls not A explanation or I'm sorry nothing to avoid paying the cost of my curtains! 1st and last time here!

Cussed me out because I wanted to speak to her to get an explanation of the new charge dance she did not know. DO not get me wrong I know prices are increasing but not that bad or fast.
