Got a call a couple hours later that he was about to hook up but wanted to verify license plate # said ok he'd meet me where he was bringing it in about 1/2 hr. Called back not even 5 min later saying he couldn't tow call another tow company his tow truck broke down. Called another tow company & when they got to my house where car was parked they said there was no car there. He said he sees a car that matches the description of my car but it was a block down on the shoulder of busy college drive he verified plate # & said there was no key in the fuel cap cover. And that the car has broken headlights & grill there was no damage to my car hours earlier I have pictures of my car from a few hrs before. So when tow truck dropped off my car I was able to see how much damage Angel tow driver did to my car I contacted owner and was nice about it because Jeff sr who owned angel towing was a good friend of mine for years & he had suddenly passed away and knew what a tough time his family was going through so I let them know what there driver did to my car & just dumped it on the street well of course they didn't believe me even though I had evidence he did I seen on my neighbors camera him pull back hit the front end with the tow truck he pulled up then hooked my car pulled it out on the street dropped it & left. So I told them I came to them instead of going to police because I knew what there families been going through they got angel the driver just a fluke his name is same as company all I asked was them to replace the parts headlights grille bumper cover they said thank u there insurance was going drop them if they had 1 more claim it's now been 10 months & still nothing has been done tried reaching out lots of times but no answers. Luckily I have 2 years to file a lawsuit & have all there texts as proof they took responsibility & other evidence they did it otherwise it would of been a hit & run with no proof. Don't use this company since Jeff sr died they let Jeff jr be in charge he has lots of issues & dose not care about his dads buisness

The tow truck operator better be professional by exhibing a genuine interest in helping you, introducing himself, speak to the customer and at least act as if you love your job. Service with a smile, what happened to that? Being rude and rather uninterested in communicating properly is not professional behavior. My service station referred this towing company. Not good. If you don't like your job, find an occupation that makes you happy. Silence is golden. I felt very uncomfortable riding in the passenger seat with the tow truck operator.
