I pulled off the highway and afraid I would not make it to a gas station I pulled into Bert's. They were so polite and kind and happy to help me. They took time from their busy day, gave me a gallon of gas and directions to the closest station. They refused to take any money and said something to the effect of we are just doing the right thing.... That's what we are about here. They won my auto body business in the future.
