Really horrible products and services. I buy nice clothes and thought I'd give Rye 51 a try on a pair of corduroy trousers I saw on an online ad. The product arrived after about 2 weeks. I immediately tried them on and found that the fit was ridiculously small for the size I ordered. Of course when this happens, especially with an ecommerce vendor, any reputable retailer would take them back and refund the customer. Not here. They told me that since the pants were hemmed, there is no return and no refund. This company will be out of business in a year, so I doubt they care at all anyway. But stay away. read more

The worst tailored suit I have ever gotten. The experience and customer service was great, but they did a horrible, horrible job measuring me. I ended up with a suit that is a size too small. It bunches up in all the wrong places, It does not lay flat when I button it. I paid $$$ and it was for my wedding. By the time it all came in, it was too late to do anything. So now I'm stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and that I will never wear again. And they played it off like that was the style, or in their words that the suit looked "european". It doesn't lay flat when I button it. It bunches up around my shoulders because it's so tight. Any major movements and the suit would rip. They got it completely wrong and what's worse is they offered to do nothing about it. They don't care about the small guy. They knew I was stuck because my wedding was right around the corner and I had already paid for half the suit up front. MY MISTAKE! I wouldn't recommend going to these guys. I think there are better options. Like the suit store across the street. Or dare I say Men's warehouse or Maci's. read more

A couple months ago we were on a weekend get-away to DFW and decided to visit the shops after brunch. First stop was Rye 51. Immediately we felt unwelcome. We were the only customers in the store, and there were two people working, a man and woman. We were not greeted or talked to and it felt as though the woman was glaring at us. Like they didn't want us there. Really strange experience. We tried to look around and shop for a few minutes but you could cut the air with a knife, so we just gave up and left. Very uncomfortable situation. The shop itself is very beautiful but the unpleasant experience wasn't worth it. We had wonderful experiences everywhere else we shopped that day, so not sure why this happened. read more

Placed an online order for a long sleeve shirt on black friday. Though the shirt was pricey, it is very good quality and extremely soft. I did had an issue with a promotional free pocket square not being including with my package, however after reaching out to Rye 51, they quickly responded and remedied the situation. Overall great customer service and quality clothing. Would shop here again. read more
