I have purchased Mizzen and Main shirts through Nordstrom but didn't realize they had a store location until I shopped directly online with them. Had a few returns so I came here. Really glad I did and I will be back. The return process was very simple. The two ladies and gentleman who were working were very nice and helpful, and the clothing selection is fantastic. The shirts are amazing. Really comfortable, they don't wrinkle in the humid summer, and they dry quickly. I decided to try on one of their flannels and, I'm not a flannel guy, but this one was great so I bought. I will buy at least one more of their flannels I had my eye on. Keep an eye out on their website because they offer multiple ways to get 20% off. I had to leave before I bought too much stuff. Will be back. read more

Bought a present from them for my father for Father's Day. Wrote a card on the site with my order. When the order came there was no card so he didn't know who it came from. When I tried to call them you could only text. They responded once but then not again. Terrible service and would never order from here again. read more

Customer service was spot on from t!He gentleman who helped us. This store was a nice change from some of the stuffy and snotty stores we visited the same day. We were promptly greeted with by a friendly gentleman. He answered our numerous questions with a smile and was incredibly helpful. They are enforcing the mask mandate recently put into effect by Dallas county so take note. These shirts are pricey but they are much different than anything we felt. They are supposed to be cooler and actually fit my husband well for being off the rack. read more
