I want to note that I am a woman, and fully believe this place will take advantage of you if you don't clock them on their shit. When I was leaving, he literally told me to save $1 a day so I could afford a yearly windshield replacement. 1) Unless you drive a lot, you shouldn't need a yearly windshield replacement. 2) He quoted me $100 MORE for my next windshield replacement, telling me it'd be $365 when for my car (and the increase in prices due to tariffs) should be no more than $200-250. Do NOT go to this place. Unknown to me, my sister took her car to him for a tire rotation earlier in the year where he charged her for the service he never even did!!! Our brother took a look at the papers she was given showing the "service" and went down there with her. It's because of him that she was able to get a refund. They literally charged her for a service they didn't provide, and it's only thanks to my brother who knows cars that he was able to call the owner out and they immediately gave her a refund. Immediately. Which means they know what they did and they acknowledge they tried to scam her. Takeaway: This establishment WILL charge you through the roof if you don't know your shit. I will not be back.

Then while fixing the seal, the guy cracked the new windshield so he had to come back a third day to fix it. (Keep in mind, they give you a 4 hour window when they will come during so you need to be at home that whole time waiting for them, so that added up to 12 hours of my time) The manager Doug said all of this was somehow my fault and that he knows my husband's family and "doesn't want to get them involved."
