I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I was upset at the beginning because this is not what one wants to walk into. My plan was to unpack boxes, not pack up what I can salvage.
