Unfortunately we never got to use Allstar rain gutters. They were referred to us by a friend. She said they were excellent and like many reviews they came back to fix any issues. I tried working with Sam for several months letting him know it was for our elderly family moving from out of state. THE PRICES ARE THE HIGHEST I HAVE SEEN! I'm a first time home owner here in Eastvale and I was surprised that most of the new homes here didn't come equipped with rain gutters. WTH? With the "Super Massive El Nino," that is supposedly going to come barreling down on us here in California in 2016, I thought it was a priority to get rain gutters for our home which was built in 2008. Back in September, I contacted several rain gutter companies and many were already inundated with people like myself freaking out about El Nino. Most companies, including All Start Rain Gutters, were not answering phone calls and customers like myself had to leave messages on their voicemail in hopes of trying to get a call back and snag an appointment. I finally got an appointment, but it was not till the end of October. Their rep, Dave came out and did and estimate. Dave was very friendly, helped me select the perfect colors for our gutters and was up front with the fact that they were so behind, that our installation date would not be until January! (I know, right?!) However, he said that sometimes people do cancel and with that, he could possibly sneak in our installation sooner, than later. He said they would call us with an installation date as soon as it came up. Price wise, All Star Rain Gutters are probably in the middle. We did receive quotes from other companies that were both higher and lower than what Dave had quoted us. Flash forward, I received a call from Dave on Sunday, 12/6, and he said that he had a last minute cancelation and that he could do our install on Monday 12/7!!! (YAY!) The install crew was punctual, prompt and professional! They installed our seamless rain gutters in about 1.5 hours! The gutters are gorgeous and match our home to a T! You can hardly notice them! They also hooked up two of our rain barrels to the downspouts so we can collect water for our plants. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with their work. Very, very impressed with the guys from All Star Rain Gutters. I originally had them out to give a quote in November. Dave showed up on time and ready to walk the property. He drew a sketch, took measurements and walked me through what he thought would be appropriate. He wanted my input, we disused options. He explained the process when they would come and showed me color samples of the rain gutters. They match my home perfectly, I mean perfect!!! I have three colors on my house, trim, body and a brick facade. When the gutters transition to another color, the color of the metal changes, they are almost invisible. I called the guys back several months later due to a lack of rain and they pulled my file up quickly and had no issues installing from the original drawing/ quote that Dave did months prior. The guys worked efficiently and were very clean. I can't emphasize enough how good they look. Nothing is out of place, everything was thought of. For example, they trimmed them perfectly to drain away from my planters up against the house. All of the screws are in straight. All corners are nice. I mean, just perfect. Price was great. So happy I did this. I originally called a local competitor but he didn't show up to his appointment, I am glad I didn't call that guy back. All Star is the one to go with! read more

We just had a new roof installed a few weeks ago and needed to get new gutters installed as well before the "rainy" season. I scheduled numerous gutter installation contractors for an estimate, but all were already booked several weeks in advance. Unfortunately, this meant that the job would likely start in mid to late December at the earliest. Luckily, I got an immediate response from Carlos at All Star Rain Gutters. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment at which time Carlos provided some suggestions and actively listened to our concerns. I wanted to get at least three estimates for rain cutter installation on three areas of my home. Carlos from All Star returned my call the same day and came out the following morning for the estimate. I told him I was waiting for two other companies to return my calls and get additional estimates. He added that he could work with me and get a lower price. One company returned my call and set up a morning appt time, then called me later when they didn't show up and rescheduled again. Once again they never showed up for the second time AND never called again. The third company did all the estimates (higher then ALL Star)via text messaging and could only come out to the house in a week to give me an actual estimate. I got all three companies names from Yelp or HomeAdvisor. So I went with All Star and they came out the next morning and installed the gutters at a lower price. They did a nice job. I found other reviews very helpful on Yelp so I looked at the top three companies who were highly rated for my rain gutter needs. I basically wanted to install rain gutters around my entire house that's 1,000 sqft, and wasn't looking for anything fancy whatsoever. I called All Star and we set a time and date for the estimate. To my surprise, they were out here the next day after the call (Awesome!). Dave came and walked around with me, gave me his recommendations and was very down to earth type of person. I wasn't looking for anything fancy so I'm sure it was an easier job than what it probably could have been. I then had two other rain gutter companies come and give me an estimate. This isn't about other companies, so I'll make it brief. I looked at two of the other high yelp ranking business (A-Plus Gutters and The Rain Gutter Specialists). Both came and did quick estimates and seemed down to earth. The problem is instead of doing the job for $1,250 like All Star quoted, they wanted substantially more or did not provide the same materials or coverage that All Star did. Rain Gutter Specialists had the nerve to say they are giving me a "10% yelp discount" and it was still hundreds of dollars over All Star. I think some companies get good reviews and then forget where they started... I digress. I obviously went with All Star/Dave who wasn't trying to nickle and dime a guy who just wants standard rain gutters. I informed Dave a week later I wanted to use his company and he set a date that worked for the install (within that week). The workers were on time, never bugged me once, had no problems with me watching, and were very polite. When I was looking to replace my rain gutters I pretty much spend 3wks researching and getting bids. I finally went with one of S.Cal's well known companies when everything was said and ready for installation they called me the day before to cancel my already schedule appointment, as you can imagine I was very disappointed.
