They never told me that they charge extra when picking up the next day. Even in the contract it says 24 hrs. Anything after 24 hrs there will be extra charge. But no, when the husband delivered asked me for another $50 if I wanted them to pick up the next day, otherwise he would pick up at 9:00 p.m so I disagreed because that was not explained to me when I got the quote so I ended up giving him another $30 so my total for the night was $380. (See picture). 2. Also during the party the bull stopped working properly, it would only do turns. So when I told her next day, she stated that she couldn't reimburse anything because I should of called right away. Husband said they have this problem sometimes. So be aware. If it happens yo have to call immediately and she said they will come fix it. 3. Customer service.. so if you have a concern, you will deal with the wife. Who has a bad attitude. I understand if you can't reimburse or don't want to do anything for customer, but there are ways to do so without being rude. 4. I guess the few positive things... the husband has a good attitude but he only deals with installation. One of the connection was damaged when he installed and left. We called them and he came back and fixed it. Yes, master bull is nice, but if it doesn't work properly it is definitely not worth risking $380 dls for it. Especially to have to deal with someone like her. Hopefully she takes some customer service classes to learn how properly and in a simple way, say N0 to her customers. On my part, I would never use them again, neither recommend.

They are a newer company, so I have no doubt the reviews will come. I can already confidently say they will deliver an incredible experience and go above and beyond to take care of you. We worked worked with Caesar and Brittany, and you can tell this is their passion. We got their white bounce house with the ball pit and slide, and it was the highlight of our 2 year old daughter's birthday party. Every kid had a blast, and the parents had so many great things to say about it. It was perfect for the 2-3 year old age range, and even I had a lot of fun in it too. To illustrate their level of care, before our party, I was concerned that the bounce house seemed to have lost a little air, and they drove out (over an hour to our place), brought a backup blower just in case, and fixed the issue. It ended up being something very simple, but the fact they happily came out and were super kind about it was extremely impressive to me. Most businesses would not do that.
