Over a week later, I was informed that my order could not be fulfilled due to a $125 delivery minimum, which was never communicated upfront. Being notified so close to Christmas Eve left me scrambling to find another rental company. Had this been shared earlier, I would have had time to make other arrangements. very sad because I would use them for every party we had at our home. Complete letdown and lack of communication.
