S&F has been good to deal with, other than when I called to ask them to please not drive their trucks on my freshly poured concrete driveway and to use the dirt service driveway next to it that runs directly up to my tank, I was told that they can add a note to my account but the drivers won't read it and they would crack my driveway sooner or later Acct#1193 read more

Worst customer service. Very rude staff. Not willing to go out of their way to try and keep a customer. Must be they have enough $$$ rolling in where they don't need to worry about that. Definitely would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Once I told them I was looking at switching companies, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, defensive and threatened me. Very horrible secretary, I wonder if anyone told her the customers are the people who pay her wages? She had the driver drive right past our home twice, in January. They owed me $250.... Then when we call and confront her, she was extremely rude and said, "we aren't sending your money back, or delivering the any propane, if you want propane we need $150 more"... Finally we got to talk to the owner, I believe. He was decent, but that lady is going to run the business into the ground. Needless to say, we got our propane, but it was the last time. read more

I have to say after reading the other reviews I understand why I was treated so horrible! My grandfather passed away and I forgot about 100 and something dollar bill that I owed I called yesterday and paid called back today because I wanted to express it was very rude and unprofessional to put all the stickers they put on the outside of the envelope spoke with the manager she made it clear she was a Puerto Rican woman she cursed at me made threats to me lied to me very unprofessional she should not have a job there we called them kind of people Karen's who threaten to call the police on a black man because they don't agree with what was being said. Worst propane provider in the area. If you're looking for propane this winter, this is not the company to use. They're only after your money and have no idea about customer service is nor do they care! read more

Dont waste your time with this company! Terrible customer service and they don't care about the customer and only money. We had everything set up with them to set up new service at our home. They even sent us a contract and required us to make a down payment. We sent the contract back along with a $500+ check to set up our account. Then they call and to set up an appointment and all of a suddenly they are unable to set up a tank for us. All of this at the end of October with still no propane. What an embarrassment of a company. read more
