I rarely leave reviews but I can't sleep because of how rude the lady at the counter was to me…read moretoday. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a hostile personality. While I was there she demanded that I put my phone down while interacting with her even though I clearly needed to look at it to reference my receipt number and address to my new home. When I corrected her spelling of my email she raised her voice to me and yelled "that's what I said!". When I mentioned I had checked in online and that the information I couldn't find for her should be on the site she acted like I had made something up and that preregistration wasn't an option they offered. The entire interaction left me baffled and took me off guard. I was literally shaking by the time I left. I'll never do business with this company again. You never really know what a stranger is going through from both sides and I hope this was a singular occurrence. No matter what, just be nice and be a good person. Don't make others feel awful for trying to do business with you.

I was concerned if they will take the time to explain how to load/unload the car but Cristian was super helpful. He was way past his work hours but took the time to explain things nicely and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. They can get a bit busy but that's ok as they give you excellent service.

The manager said it was "their lock" but couldn't explain who put it on or why. After waiting for another manager to remove it, I found out my belongings had been stolen. What's worse is the lack of security. I was told this place was "secure," yet there are no cameras, and the property clearly isn't being monitored. There were even people staying in cars in the back. The police mentioned break-ins happen here often, which says a lot. This place is not secure. I would not trust storing anything here.
