While I was shoveling around my car to create a path, I didn't realize ice had capped around the bumper, so when I backed out, the bumper partially came off. A friend recommended this shop, and I'm glad I went. Within a day, they ordered a new bumper for me. The part arrived in four days, and by day eight, the bumper was installed. The repair was flawless, and the car looked as good as new. The whole job, including parts and labor, cost about $700, which felt reasonable. I also had to put down a deposit when the parts were ordered, which is standard practice and wasn't an issue. Now, nearly three years later, the bumper is still in great condition with no issues.
